winning 90% of DMZ gunfights is basically ROTATION, if u rotate smart, u survive/win any gun fight, the average player gets nervous and starts doing small rotations / reviving teammates, if u play the long game, u already won.
Depends on the enemy. Some of the kids ind DMZ are playing rats and often suck at pvp. 70% of the time i storm the building while.enemy is camping corners. In reality rotation gives you a chance but if you have a strong pvp opponent its not always gonna work. If any of the players in that video had a close range kv broadside with them he would have been dead. And thats DMZ. People rock with dragon breath shotguns or akimbo pistols. Result of the fight Depends on your and enemy loudout, positioning and understanding the game. Rotation is one of the things. It doesnt give you 90% winning chances. Thats a fat lie.
Just had a solo infil today, was almost caught by surprise by a squad and killed his teammate. Booted it the hell out of the highrise tower and flew all the way back around to another rappel to surprise them. It's always better to reposition and rotate as they thought I was just gonna run away from being a solo.
The problem with me is that every I get into a fight, I always think it's platoon and my heart starts beating super hard, but other than that I can beat most of the teams I fight
@OchTheGrump more fights you get into the better you get. This is my second cod game. Didnt like warzone it's why I quit first time MW 2019 after warzone first dropped. But got into dmz to get better at BR. Been playing since season 1 and was horrible. Took getting killed and playing with different people to get better. Good luck.
I am a solo player and I try to be peaceful with everyone and I always team up with ppl mid game and I tend to save players often but sometimes it backfires being nice but I play a Medic role in the game Recently my skill had improved drastically so now when I save someone or try to be peaceful to join a team and they turn on me or try to pick me off while I’m saving someone I can control the situation more now and much of it goes well cuz i will keep moving especially when shot and I’ll find a pace to cover and change armor and reload then go on the hunt
Honestly the best thing to do if you lack confidence in gunfights is to actually force yourself into more of them. The more engagements you take the better you'll get over the long haul.
Not necessarily true - mostly cuz it’s possible to make the same mistakes over and over and not learn much about how to improve… which is why vids like this can be a big help!
@@peteshepherd15 I never said keep playing scared w/o engaging! Go and get in more fights, yes. My point is: even if you set out to engage more, that won’t inherently be a learning experience. You need to actually try new things and correct the mistakes you make in those experiences in order to learn from them. Experience doesn’t give you new ideas. Creativity does.
Best solution for that is to record your gameplay. That way you can watch it back and see where you went wrong and learn from that moving forward. @@hermesofreason
If you ever catch a group huddled, sticking 1 of them with a shock stick is a pretty good strat cuz they all shoot uncontrollably and u can easily down them all from there
I do appreciate these kind of videos. I'm playing DMZ since mid of Season 3 and also COD. Before I played several years Battlefield. Back to the topic.. on Sunday my squad mates got wiped by a Platoon on Ashika.. I was able to escape and swom around the whole Island.. took me quite a bit of time.. but I was able to revive them. I do need to gain some confidence in the fights.. but that will come as well with more playtime and use the tips shared in this video.
My favorite is when people say "You're camping". I use my brain and they want me to give up the advantage I have so it's more fair? Don't think people even know where the term camping even comes from these days XD
Psychological warfare is your friend when outnumbered . Just find creative ways to make it difficult to deal with you. Example, if your sniping, don’t snipe from the same spot and keep moving. Set up booby traps. Super basic , but also works as a distraction if they decide to swarm
Love the videos you put out . This one is very important for me and other players who is starting the solo thing and getting away from 3-6 man squads . It's hard but makes you more aware and a better player. DmZ missions is what I do. But now I hunt if being hunted and I usually get a couple of squads , but lately Its all pre-made 6 man squads and they hunt solos bc of the easy kill , but the toxic 6 man has to be stopped and im going to use these tactics and as well as mine. Thanks again for the vid
I watch all your streams, but it's videos like this that help me understand your thoughts process while this is happening.i still haven't been able to fully master this type of movement but im definitely working to get there.i also need to win a few fights to gain the confidence a lot of players have.ill be honest and admit that I'm not very confident in any fight.Love your content though brother.
Here's what I've learned. Most players charge at you without any thought. They do this in groups believing they will overwhelm you with numbers. I think there's a way to exploit that behavior.
Yeah but your fd if they just call in a uav then they will just co-ordinate the kill on you you cant play every situation the same and you better have a lot of plates doing this i run out plates and then im pretty much one shot i try to avoid them at all cost
god I hate how they reverted the plea so now players join the team i rather it be an option for them to join or now when picking em up instead of em just joining
I play on an Xbox series X with a normal controller so will never mover like a PC player, also a lot of it is down to your gun skills which I don't have and never will 😂
I use these exact tactics to take down 6 man squads all the time. I even talk about them pushing together in this video. Once you learn how to apply what I am saying here you will see the benefit.
even with an advanced UAV, playing your enviroment right can be the difference, awareness is something u get after playing a lot of dmz, also, bots helps a lot to help u find players, I call them "organic UAV's" since they only shoots operators.
Don’t be that guy and kill other players. That’s the best way to do it. No one likes it, it sucks and you lose everything you have. Don’t be that guy be friendly bottom line.

60% of the time, it works everytime - ron burgundy
And if the oponent is not using hacks cause this game is full of hakers, and zen outo aim users
I have a confidence thing, I'm sure if I knew how to overcome it, I'd probably be able to get more successful raids
You got this!
I'm trying to overcome the same thing tbh. Definitely hinders performance

That " why you platoon but not me " in the beginning of the fight have been doing mental damage that made the fight easy 😂😂😂😂

@@hermesofreason we'll agree to disagree. If you don't force gunfights you can't make mistakes to learn from. People who play scared never improve.

What do you mean when you say rotation?
That was cool!
Really helped me with this vid tnx bro 👍
Use the bots to your advantage. sometimes the bots can cover your flanks. so dont just kill them all.
It's all fun and games till someone pops an advanced UAV 😂
Uncoordinated 6 man teams who spread out? Easy! Any 6 man that stays reasonably together and rez's eachother? very hard.

Is it just me or does this guy sound like "Butthead" 😂
Shut Up Beavis! 🤣
Thanks for the great video brotha !!
Seriously, though, the rotations were crazy watching it live.
Thank you for the advice. I will try to apply it to my game. I like how you relay your info in a humble way. Good video. 👍🏻

Thanks for doing this vid Clap!
I love you moments and relocation this is a great video bro... Helped my allot
Being stationary is rarely ever successful. Shoot and scoot is my motto.
Manly thing? I dunno.. It is,however, a survival thing to do. Thanks for tips and trix.
Loving these DMZ Bootcamp vids.
Good onya El Claptain 👍
I love the American psycho music in the background
Today's live was crazy and awesome!
That's my problem now. I try to take every gun fight I can to get better at my PvP

Good advice
“Location rotation” and you should add “separation” (isolation of enemies)
A agree with your advice 100%.

Kill then pick. Love this
I really liked this video, man... good content, great attitude, no arrogance, down to earth and even kind , keep it up 👍
My buddy and i ran into a platoon of 4 or 5 players going up hill. They all pointed their guns and took us out easily 😂😂 i like doing sólo DMZ
Ty !!!😎😎
Great advice man really appreciate it 😊
Your a beast you got me much better taking down teams as a solo thanks
Fantastic video, great technique!

'A Solo DMZ player' = 'I have no friends'
Here's what I've learned. Most players charge at you without any thought. They do this in groups believing they will overwhelm you with numbers. I think there's a way to exploit that behavior.
Depends how close they all get to you at the same time
Hey buddy watching Ur videos top knotch
When ever im alone i shit myself whenever i fight a squad or platoon
They got stuck in the washer...
Yeah but your fd if they just call in a uav then they will just co-ordinate the kill on you you cant play every situation the same and you better have a lot of plates doing this i run out plates and then im pretty much one shot i try to avoid them at all cost

And run in zigzags all the time.
Also first assignment is buy plates lots of them. So u dont need to look for plates.
🐐
Why you strategy but not me
This may be my biggest mistake in gunfights 😅I get a tad like 😬
People who play DMZ only for killing other players should play Warzone
This tactic is useless if they have uav or even advanced uav. Nice video tho
Meanwhile every team attempts to fight me will push together and has multiple uavs , u r not on point cuz it’s situational thing
I use these exact tactics to take down 6 man squads all the time. I even talk about them pushing together in this video. Once you learn how to apply what I am saying here you will see the benefit.
