Can you please do a video on the new Citi Shop program? It's something you have to have on your browser, so I'm not sure I want it. What do you think of it? I've been using merchant offers for a long time. Is it just the same merchant offers, but you don't have to manually look them up and add them?

Form 433f, form 9465 , is it worth the effort to put how much money able to pay, or may I expect a judgement of how much money to spend differently than what I have to offer??

I payed off my account in March 2024, for year ending 2020 it was 3,900 I paid balance of 2,600, they were taking from my checking acct, I stopped it from my bank, Today got a letter
saying I will get a levy...if I dont pay balance if full of 2,600 my check already cleared my bank long time ago....this is the 3rd time I have written them...... are they behind not sure what to do
