    I just started my journey as a social media manager, and I have three clients. I was struggling with the workflow, and this video has been like a gift from the universe. I am someone who loves systems, and the way you break it down makes it so clear to me how I can deliver value to my clients without burning out. I cannot tell you just how useful this video has been.     I love how honest you were in this video, everyone just tells you about all these tools without telling you that it's optional.
    I personally started feeling like I needed these tools but they were frankly overwhelming for me and I spent more time in these tools than the output which is what truly matters in the grand scheme of things.

    Such a great video! ☺️ I love how in-depth you go with describing everything, it's so helpful. I would love to know more about things like how many clients you have at a time, how much time you spend working (on these things you mentioned, but also things like engagement, checking emails etc.) and if you have more free time than when working full-time? How would you go about taking time off, or are you able to go on vacations without checking your client's social media every day etc? 😊

    Repurposing - do you do it next day's content or a week after? So original content on a Monday then createa a carousel canva fo a week after? then INfographic a week after?

    I love this video! I have a quick question: Do you normally create a content list for the client on all the photos they are to take for the month, and it's up to them how they create those? Or do you just let them know to submit enough photos for the month in the Google Drive folder? :)

      This is entirely up to you and the client but ideally the phots should match with your strategy you created for them.

    Hi I wanted to ask is it advisable to change ones Pinterest location and other social media platforms to US? For Marketing and promotion purposes for business As there is more of a demographic and bigger reach?? Thanks and commenting from the UK.

      Hey! Changing your Pinterest and other social media locations to the US could help with marketing since the audience is bigger, but it depends on your target market. If your business wants to reach more US-based users, it could be worth trying. Just make sure it aligns with your brand goals!

    Hi!! Amazing video! One question: How can we write content, without asking for validation, if we are not experts in our clients business? We know how to help their account grow, but their the ones who know about their business. For example, if my client is a lawyer, i will have to ask her if what I wrote about her business is correct, because i am not a lawyer. 😅

      you should choose a niche to work with that you already know about or have a good interest in- if not then you should learn as much as you can

      Hi Jasmijn I currently have that template only in my paid course available but if I choose to do a video about that topic I will for sure share some questions. Two tips I can give you: ask for the ultimate business goal (not just we want more followers) and what they are currently struggling the most when it comes to social media. You also want to dive deep when it comes to target audience. Hope that helps xx Nadine

    once you post a piece of content on social media, how do you mark it as posted? so that you can keep track of what has been posted and what hasnt? like do you rename the file name on google drive? Thanks!

      or you can put it into a "posted folder" or track in a spreadsheet

    If you have a meeting at the end of the month to go over the results from the month, how do you then plan the next month's content in advance? So if you review May's results with your client, do you already have June planned out at that point? Or do you have to change your plan from June based on that meeting?

      great question! I personally look at the stats regularly and already know what is working and what is not which means I can write caption and create content before the meeting. The meeting to me is more to keep them in the loop. I don't ask for permission. Of course if they say oh we don't want this or that I adjust but that has rarely happened and when it did was a quick think to change. Since I created the strategy in advance I am not making stuff up as I go :)One important thing though: sometimes I test something during the month, for example last week I tested to not post for two days and then see how the next post does. If I do that I of course inform the client upfront. Does that make sense?

My client was trying to manage my work a lot, so she wanted to approve the strategy for the next month, and I was having a hard time figuring out how to give her the results and getting permission for what to do next while also working ahead. It was more of a client management issue on my end. This makes sense!

      @@babybaby76 that's normal in the beginning you will know for your next client. You have an on boarding call with them, then create the strategy before you start posting and if the client specifically asks (only then) I share the first month of content. After that I don't share, I do however give them access to everything if they wanted to, they can go in and look but if you take leadership they usually won't. They are grateful for not having to worry about it. Of course sometimes there is the odd person out but in my 8 years of doing that only happened once haha.

    do you log in to clients credentials by email and password or is there a special account managememt software to prevent password sharing?

      Hi Sandra, LinkedIn is a tricky one but you can use buffer or i think later app now does LinkedIn. Also be aware Linkedin's algorithm and content works differently from Instagram, Facebook.

    when your wrighting the captions for 8 hours for the posts where are you getting the ideas for wrighitng them are you asking the client for advice or like how does it work?

      we no longer spend 8 hours writing captions we use the support of AI but its key to use it as a support for ideas not to writ all your content

    I really appreciate the idea of batch creating content and repurposing it across platforms, but I'm not sure about the "no tools" approach. Seems like it could lead to more work in the long run, especially as a freelancer.

      Hi lovely, for sure tools are always so much more easier and I encourage you to use them, but the "no tools" approach shows beginners who don't yet have a tool budget that they can still earn money and have streamlined workflows.

    Is there a tool that you create an account and you , from there can add their accounts and manage?

      @@zameelpichen9357 I write at least 10-15 captions then I re-use these captions and turn them into carrousel posts (on another day). In my 6h caption writing window I am able to do 3-5 clients but remember I am doing this for years and always in the same niche. Does that make sense?

Btw, after viewing this video, I had design a challenge for myself to write 15k words in one day on a single topic as draft. then maybe juice it into a high quality 3k words. and then break it down and repurpose it.

    Geee I always thought its just putting some content online - this job seemed to be so appealing to me. Now that I saw the amount of work it comes with it .....I really doubt I could do that. I think you need years of experience. Maybe its too late to start over in this kind of job field???

      Hi L.B! No it definitely isn't "just putting things online". yes, there is a lot of work but it's like walking or driving, you learn how to do it, right?
