Your dreams that seemed too fantastic and over-reaching became reality in the past, like sharing knowledge and connecting people with master artists affordably is something I benefit from everyday via schoolism. Excited for someone to shake things up, given all the bad things I've heard about CTN's interpersonal/administrative failures (and the big names that have stopped attending as a result). But, as someone focused on animation (and apologies if you mentioned this in the stream, but I haven't really got an hour to spend watching it right now!): - Are you expecting any of the big animation studios to attend? A quick glance at your website shows a ton of awesome artists (some of whom work for them), and a handful of schools and sponsors, but none of the studios/big industry employers... And while I'm uber-keen to meet/catch up with some of the artists coming (and some of my Schoolism teachers/mentors), I've got to think a little bit strategically about what's going to be best move for my career, given the cost of an international trip: getting my foot in the door at the studios, getting role-appropriate portfolio reviews etc. Just trying to get all the deets to make an informed decision, but have got to make that decision this week in order to get international flights changed. Is the website correct/up to date? Is it mainly about individual exhibitors/the individual artist, or will the major studios be in attendance/exhibiting as well?
