I like it better when the bad guys win. (Of course for all we know she may have been terrorizing a peaceful neighborhood, and assaulting the national guard/JSDF when they came to stop her.) Beautiful animation BTW :)
Well considering the tonnage difference and the clear armor penetration issues of her carbine and beam saber, the Bastet System unit here puts up a truly heroic effort. Not to mention that is a brilliant use of flares against someone running an auto block system to prevent hits to the main optics. The strategy of sitting in lower power mode so their sensors can't achieve a clear lock would have made this a pretty clean win, if that first saber hit had done any damage. Not to mention, consider if that first shot had managed to take out 01's optics, with the machine gun and seeker missile unit blind, taking out the rifle equipped one would have been much easier. That doesn't make it easy, but with only one enemy its unlikely the Bastet would have lost the carbine, first saber and taken so much damage. It's a testament to the blocking skills of the maker of this video that it's believable that something so outmatched could have pulled it off. But yeah, no way is that Bastet going to take out that many mechs with that kind of damage.
