Better laning because of poke, can activate multiple times during team fights, really good blue rune tree, has some good scaling nowadays. It's also taken because now Electrocute kinda is a worthless rune on Ahri, and red tree isn't really good with Ahri in general except sometimes ultimate hunter, which is better at lower elos, but not really at higher ones.

cause lb is not worth the ban in his eyes sure he is annoyed when he faces her but like he knows what to do as you saw in this vid

because the champ is just really annoying, but not particularly good, so the chances of winning are still good. Kinda like playing vs shaco or nunu or some jgler that ganks 50 million times: not able to carry, but super annoying to play against.

I permaban leblanc as well. It seems that aurora is also super strong but I think most of my teammates ban aurora anyway. I also hate facing brand in general

Playing Ahri against all this movement speed in builds suck. You need to ult melee range or they just dodge easily.
