Film scoring tutorial - How to underscore dialogue

Today I want to explain some tips how to underscore dialogue. If you have a scene, like in this short trailer, where there is a lot of vital dialogue telling important parts of the story you need to find a way how to accomodate dialogue in your score. In this short film scoring tutorial I explain what I did in my Colony Score which was part of the 4 composers one scene challenge organised by my friends at The Cue Tube.

Thx for sharing your experience and knowledge, If possible, can you share how you connect monitors as dolby atmos? What gear did you use apart from your DAW settings.

Thanks for your nice words, but I don't work with Dolby Atmos, just good old stereo. Hope you find some tutorials about Dolby Atmos on RUclips anyhow
