Ibadan estate is too expensive even compared to Lagos and abuja. That is why ibadan has not grown at all despite being close to Lagos. because people compare prices and see only a little difference between the prices. Ibadan needs to lower the price and construct a nice sirens environment with flowers.
If people are not buying it,they will not peg it at that price.Mind you,not everybody like the crazy jungle life of Lagos.If I have the money,I will buy house in Ibadan before lagos!
