Stocks are falling and bond yields are rising, but markets still don't seem convinced the Federal Reserve will pursue plans to keep increasing interest rates until inflation is under control. I'm still at a crossroads deciding if to liquidate my $150,000 stock portfolio, what's the best way to take advantage of this bear market?

If you have a gain and are in the new 0 bracket of long term capital gains. I would sell only the part that keeps me in that bracket and hold the rest. This hasn't been the first time the market had to straighten itself out, and it won't be the last time. Keep some cash ready for the low but don't lose your head, this too will pass - jmho

Also sighted in March 2022 above the skies of Rome in Italy.
They generally traveled towards the early hours of the morning, one was chasing an aircraft coming from the Adriatic Sea, followed it from the skies above Mount Nuria up to the height of Palombara Sabina.
The following day the same object was above the skies of Rignano Flaminio, it had an oval dimension and was white in color with a small flashing light at the tip, an irregular movement in flight, it was waiting for two spheres coming from the east which traveled in parallel and were off, the The latter's direction was determined by the presence of a cloud which they used to hide. Inside the cloud the two spheres lit up with a radiating light, went out in the direction of the first object described but something blocked them and they made an arc in the sky to go back and disappear. The objects were present in the skies north east of the Italian capital for about 20 days.

The govt is very bad at lieing. There’s always holes. Like this for example. Aircraft have radar in then and can detect things like this. Also if these objects are at say 40,000 ft the civilian aircraft can just be told to fly at 35000 while in the general area. Like there are way better ways to deal with a floating balloon than spending millions of dollars tk shoot it down. Which how you know they’re lieing. They do in fact know what these are and that’s why they’re so quick to shoot them down

Yes and no. Obviously there have been many reports in the past about objects that were difficult or impossible to identify. However there was often not enough information to do thorough investigation on them which is why they ended up as sightings of things that could not be classified. But obviously due to the frequency of the detection of several of these objects, including one almost certainly used for intelligence gathering purposes, there is somewhat understandably renewed attention on this.

Well, the simplest answer is because they know they're just balloons in cardboard boxes, basically.
They've known about these things for a long time but have never seen them as a threat or dangerous.
Only when the public gets worried about spy balloons all of the sudden, then the military/Government has to start checking out every bump in the night to show they're keeping us safe.
If the public wasn't ignorant to what these really are then there wouldn't be an issue. But everyone is scared of Chinese balloons now so...
My wife had a scary incident with a person outside our house once, and now, every time the dogs bark she expects me to go outside and check.
Before the incident I never had to go check.
That's all this is. To appease the public.
