Im a new player and i wanted to know how so? Outside of dead players i walk around for hours as a carnivore without finding a single ai animal, how is it possible to survive outside of highly populared areas?
@@felipedias4205as a herbivore - pretty easy with all those patrol zones spawning all around you. As a carnivore it's little bit tricky but I survived quite easy as a herrera in the old swamp on IA. But most of the time you will die as a carnivore without people (except for pteranodon)
Do a challenge thats the opposite of this one. Attack everything you can and live as a rogue. Rules: Attack everything that you see until they are dead or they run away or are unreachable (herrera in the trees, ptera in the sky, deino in the water for example). No packing or co-existing with anything. If you cant kill something then you may run away if it hasnt noticed you. No running from fights.
@@TylerKolaoh yeah it is boring and as a carnivore it's a pain 😂 anyway I like concept of some interesting challenges in the game. Maybe carnivore galli? Land deino/herrera? Surviving only in the certain area?
Not quite the same as what you did for this video, but one of my favorite play styles is being a friendly carnivore and eat AI only. Find herbis or other carnivores to make friends with, and just chill. When the AI spawns properly, it's completely do-able. Though is someone attacks me first then I reserve the right to defend and or kill them if needed. Anyway, fun idea and video!
NA 4 huh? That large flock of Pteranodons may have been mine. If it was just this weekend, then it for sure was. WE were cool with the Dilos in that area and helped fight off raptors and Ceras.
Seems to me Herrera would be the perfect dino for this challenge. The ability to climb to escape makes it doable, but the fact that you have to spend most of your time on the ground scavenging would still make it interesting.

As a herbi yes because you can just sit in a corner and the game spawns food near you with patrol zones. If you though it was easy with a carni then clearly you have not played enough carni

I wanted to do it as a carnivore for this reason. I thought herbivore would be too easy
@@TylerKola Pteranodon is a carnivore, But that's low hanging fruit. You could skim fish all day.

my friends and I just pack up as 5 teno and hunt carnivores lol

I'm surprise you didn't try this challenge as an herbivore. Probably would've been easier than doing it as a carnivore.
Challenge idea : populate an entire server under 10 minutes (very easy)
Right click 3 times to start vomiting. Do that 3 times to actually vomit
its very possible, herbivores exist, just scavange without getting into fights
