The ring doorbell guy terrifies me on so many lvls. Around 5 or 6 years ago, my grandmother moved in with me, and she put her old alarm sign in the front yard. We were both home alone, and this guy started ringing the doorbell. He said he worked for that alarm company, and hand some deals to tell us about. I refused to open the door, because we literally just had the sign, not the alarm system. He tried to get me to open up but I refused, so he left eventually. Later that night while watching the news, I see that same man. He and another guy were breaking into houses and assaulting the women who were home alone. Another older lady in the neighborhood had opened her door to him and was attacked.
I’d open the door slowly and smile at him with an axe in my hand. Then I’ll just say “run”. There are plenty of creeps and predators in a Walmart (where I work). They creep you out in store and stalk you in the parking lot. But, I’ve learned the more scary you are, the more they leave you alone.

the one about chalino sánchez honestly really got me. i found it really scary as a mexican person currently surrounded by violence in my state; just knowing how bad things can get and how damn brutal criminals can be here, there are days when one can even feel the same fear and panic he felt at that moment. it's sad, scary, and..shameful that these are the events that happen in my country, where people can't feel safe even in their own homes..
The first time we watched that crazy ring camera man, my husband immediately started checking the battery level and signal in our cameras to make sure I was safe when he was gone. It was sweet but scary to think about!

With the heaven’s gate stuff, the shoes were matching only because it they were in bulk sale, but Wendigoon was right regarding how they had a bunch of symbolic stuff. Namely they had a $5 note and 3 quarters in their pocket, as that’s what they carried to pay vagrancy fees and to use a payphone The other thing is that the woman who also helped run the cult died prior to the mass suicide. In fact, her death likely inspired it, as she was supposed to be a major spiritual being in the cult. When she died, Marshall Applewhite - the leader - explained her death as a form of ascension in order to keep the cult operational. Also, another interesting fact: the pendulum song Propane Nightmares is based off Heaven’s Gate
I'm not sure this is the same incident or if I'm mixing this up with another cult following but prior to the poisoning they would give people a glass of the apple sauce (without the cyanide) and tell them it was poison, I assume to weed out the people who wouldn't kill themselves for the group.

i wrote a ten page paper on heaven's gate for a religion course and used the exit interviews as a source, so i'll explain the green hat just because i want to. the members of the cult, to fully ascend and be ready to climb aboard the ufo trailing the comet and go home, had to completely cut ties with their bodies, or their "vehicles" as they called them. that particular member wore a green hat then took it off when talking about how his vehicle's favorite color was green, and he had to forget even the idea of having a favorite color, or a favorite anything for that matter. also, yes they all had matching haircuts, outfits, shoes, etc. because they needed to look as bland as possible to stop caring about their vehicle's appearances, genders, and preferences.
The "remain calm" video can be disturbing knowing the fact that all these faces are reconstructions of unidentified bodies. The first one, the goofy one, is reconstruction of a woman who’s been killed. I don’t remember her name but it can be googled
The "are you sure" guy never fails to creep me out. I've seen the video several times now and what gets me is how eerily polite he his. He isnt trying to break the glass, he isnt shouting, he doesnt even walk on the lawn and instead walks along the path. That on top of the fact that its later explained that hes talking to himself the entire time (except when her husband questions him over the speaker system) and the feeling of horror sinking in as he just keeps repeating the same sentences in the same calm tone. At the start of the video he seems somewhat normal and then it slowly dawns on you that this is truly horrifying.
I think the fact that this isn't a prank adds to the "oh god not that's terrifying" factor as well. Like, that is a man with multiple assault charges. He's entirely serious about committing the acts of violence that he's talking so calmly about. And that's horrific.

I think legally you should be required to say “Leave” one time, and if somebody doesn’t immediately leave it’s on them. I actually have this section in the Bible marked because it is of great importance to me and is also very fascinating. I’ve seen a lot of connections to this and how much it does make sense. What I don’t understand from it is that demons possess beings with a soul. And from my understanding, animals do not. How could they possess pigs if they don’t have souls? It may not be an actual possession per se, but I know they can influence animals and objects.
@@supershasha I don't remember a soul being necessary and don't know why it would be. In my point of view, pigs are conscious creatures, just like humans, they just don't have a soul. Dogs have different personalities from one another and pigs have been shown to be more intelligent than dogs. A living organism doesn't need to have a soul to have thoughts, feelings, emotions. I do think that humans being able to be possessed sets the bar so just about anything else underneath us is fair game as well.

I hadn't heard about the Sanchez story before, so I showed my dad since he's super into that stuff and he goes, "that's not what happened - not exactly." (all in spanish btw). But I guess when he used to work for a car rental service back in day, he became friends with someone who was really close to Sanchez's family; she'd rent out cars for events related to Sanchez (my dad even showed me this woman's FB where she's pictured with Sanchez's son - who I think also died a few years ago) and basically told me that the note was indeed a threat on his life, but isn't wasn't because of the song - it was more of a declaration that he was in fact, going to die after the show. My dad told me why they targeted him, but there's nothing to collaborate it (and by that, I mean I didn't really dig too deep since most stuff revolving this story repeats the story in this video), either way, I'd rather not spread a bigger rumor.
That makes more sense to me. Because, let's be honest, if it's a specific song that would trigger your murder I think it's easy enough to avoid doing. He has other songs. But if it's a general threat he can't get out of, it makes sense just to keep going after that initial rush of adrenaline.

I know this is late, but the video around 18:30 is actually apart of a horror series! It's called Harmony & Horror and the woman in the video is talking to her husband, Martin. Martin is a man who had abused his children, killed them, and put their souls into his (I think they're his) toy creations through satanic ritual. So his daughter was put into a Sofia the dancing doll, his son into a dummy called Henry, his dog into a toy called Bonzo, and his brother put into an ice cream. And those are what you see throughout the series, I really like it despite the jumpscares

havent seen a comment about this yet but i actually saw a video earlier today about those uncanny faces, apparently they are artist rendiotions of unidentified dead people. the reason they look so off is because they say if they look too normal, they could be any old person and you would be less likely to recognize the person, so they exaggerate their most prominent features, the first black and white picture actually helped solve a murder case

Little more context for the guy at the woman's door. When he was arrested he actually had the police called on him because a neighbor watched him do it to someone else's house. And at the start of the original video, he simply walked up to the door and said those things. So he was quite literally going house to house saying this shit to people's door and knocking hoping someone would answer. In the video he originally knocked at first but the woman inside didn't answer cause she was unsure who he was. She came a single door away from whatever it was he was planning on doing

The full video of the guy at the door does show he had a knife. The door was locked, he tried to open it. He left the porch once, then the husband who was not home but was watching on his phone, had called out to the guy saying I called the police. The guy came back and started talking to the camera which is what we saw here. He finally left. The cops did show up, husband got home before they did, and they couldn't find him. Then the video went to the news and they finally did catch him. He also, of course, had a history of mental issues as well.

I refused to open the door, because we literally just had the sign, not the alarm system. He tried to get me to open up but I refused, so he left eventually. Later that night while watching the news, I see that same man. He and another guy were breaking into houses and assaulting the women who were home alone. Another older lady in the neighborhood had opened her door to him and was attacked.
I feel like this is the kind of thing that florida man does but also the thing that ends up birthing a florida woman.

i wrote a ten page paper on heaven's gate for a religion course and used the exit interviews as a source, so i'll explain the green hat just because i want to.
the members of the cult, to fully ascend and be ready to climb aboard the ufo trailing the comet and go home, had to completely cut ties with their bodies, or their "vehicles" as they called them. that particular member wore a green hat then took it off when talking about how his vehicle's favorite color was green, and he had to forget even the idea of having a favorite color, or a favorite anything for that matter.
also, yes they all had matching haircuts, outfits, shoes, etc. because they needed to look as bland as possible to stop caring about their vehicle's appearances, genders, and preferences.
The "remain calm" video can be disturbing knowing the fact that all these faces are reconstructions of unidentified bodies. The first one, the goofy one, is reconstruction of a woman who’s been killed. I don’t remember her name but it can be googled
The "are you sure" guy never fails to creep me out. I've seen the video several times now and what gets me is how eerily polite he his. He isnt trying to break the glass, he isnt shouting, he doesnt even walk on the lawn and instead walks along the path. That on top of the fact that its later explained that hes talking to himself the entire time (except when her husband questions him over the speaker system) and the feeling of horror sinking in as he just keeps repeating the same sentences in the same calm tone. At the start of the video he seems somewhat normal and then it slowly dawns on you that this is truly horrifying.
I think the fact that this isn't a prank adds to the "oh god not that's terrifying" factor as well. Like, that is a man with multiple assault charges. He's entirely serious about committing the acts of violence that he's talking so calmly about. And that's horrific.

A ton of serial killers would just walk up and see if the door was locked, if it wasn’t then they knew it was go time. I believe in redemption, but I more so believe in your right to defend yourself against those seeking it.
Some of these videos were realistic and had a serious hint of some type of tragedy or just bizarre behavior. I don't know why but the one with the beeping sounds and the uncanny faces freaked me out the most. It makes zero sense at all but it gives us this incredibly ominous threat.

But I guess when he used to work for a car rental service back in day, he became friends with someone who was really close to Sanchez's family; she'd rent out cars for events related to Sanchez (my dad even showed me this woman's FB where she's pictured with Sanchez's son - who I think also died a few years ago) and basically told me that the note was indeed a threat on his life, but isn't wasn't because of the song - it was more of a declaration that he was in fact, going to die after the show. My dad told me why they targeted him, but there's nothing to collaborate it (and by that, I mean I didn't really dig too deep since most stuff revolving this story repeats the story in this video), either way, I'd rather not spread a bigger rumor.
That makes more sense to me. Because, let's be honest, if it's a specific song that would trigger your murder I think it's easy enough to avoid doing. He has other songs. But if it's a general threat he can't get out of, it makes sense just to keep going after that initial rush of adrenaline.

Little more context for the guy at the woman's door. When he was arrested he actually had the police called on him because a neighbor watched him do it to someone else's house. And at the start of the original video, he simply walked up to the door and said those things. So he was quite literally going house to house saying this shit to people's door and knocking hoping someone would answer. In the video he originally knocked at first but the woman inside didn't answer cause she was unsure who he was. She came a single door away from whatever it was he was planning on doing
Mista GG and Wendigoon have one of my favorite youtuber friendships/dynamics out there, up there with Jordan Adika and Jarvis Johnson's dynamic. These dudes should have a horror podcast together.

The EBS like video was kinda the same video that fucked me up so much as a kid. It was a black screen with that audio and it instructions like “don’t go outside, don’t respond to voices or lights outside, do not respond to voices or lights inside you houses. If you see something in your house, lay face down in the corner of a room with a locked door” and it totally screwed me up when I was young

The full video of the guy at the door does show he had a knife. The door was locked, he tried to open it. He left the porch once, then the husband who was not home but was watching on his phone, had called out to the guy saying I called the police. The guy came back and started talking to the camera which is what we saw here. He finally left. The cops did show up, husband got home before they did, and they couldn't find him. Then the video went to the news and they finally did catch him. He also, of course, had a history of mental issues as well.
