Ive purchased your books and these videos are such a great supplement to them.
As I get tired in the workout I find its easier for my brain to process complexes 😅

So if I time my force wavers properly I a almost like a Jedi when I do my clean and press.
Jokes aside, somewhat intuitively lately I have been doing full body kettlebell work outs every two days and alternating between a complex day and a chain day. This video makes kind of validates what I was experiencing in doing that.
EDIT: I will be ordering the programs in the provided link. I bought a couple of your books and am reading one now but I may as well get the whole suite

Would you recommend starting with complexes or chains as a beginner?

@andreasjansson3620 - As in a "beginner with kettlebells?" Neither.
As in "new to complexes and chains" but skilled in the lifts? Whichever you prefer.

You suggested lighter weights for Complexes, but most of the KB Hard programs are using the same RM bell for Complexes and Chains. Do we go slightly heavier for Chains vs Complexes?

@mvikred - Good question. Use the prescribed loads in "Kettlebell HARD!" for both complexes and chains.

Hi Sir. What is the least amount of reps for a complex? Is it 2? Can I practice double kb complex everyday? If so how many reps and rounds would you recommend. I have been using Kettlebells since 2020 during the lockdown. Thank you.

@djtonypavia - Least number of reps = 1 per exercise.
You "can" - but keep it easy - very easy. The fatigue will sneak up on you before you know it.
As far as reps / sets - start with 2 reps, 1 set, daily. See how you tolerate that, over the course of 2 weeks, then add from there.

@GeoffNeupert Thank you for the reply Sir. I hope to meet you on person one day and personally learn from you. God bless.
