Le vintage rénover c’est beaux
C’est la vue qui est exceptionnelle, l’appart je m’attendais à un effet wahou. Pas eu .
Le plan de l'appartement et les prestations pour une famille sont très bien faites. La déco est toujours une histoire de goût. On se sent bien dans cet appartement remarquable et sa situation dans Paris est vraiment incroyable.

The flat is très magnifique!
The views are nice and all, but the apartment itself is not exceptional and actually we haven't seen much of it,in today's luxury, air conditioning, bathrooms,the maintenance of the building are more important than the Eifel tower itself,,, you can always take a walk with the dog 🐕 to see it...!

:) c'est vrai. Mais vous savez, chacun ses goûts, c'est un appartement familial avec un plan très bien conçu et surtout un emplacement dans Paris absolument remarquable.
L'appartement est impressionnant, mais l'agencement n'est pas efficace. Par exemple, l’équipement de gym pourrait être installé dans l’espace studio. De plus, il y a une pénurie d’œuvres d’art et de sculptures de qualité. The apartment is impressive, but the layout is not efficient. For example, the gym equipment could be accommodated in the studio space. Additionally, there is a shortage of quality art pieces and sculptures.

Joli MAIS hahaha... les toilettes ouvertes dans la chambre FAUT arrêter!!! Faut pas tomber malade et ch... devant notre amoureux.. je déteste cette mode!
