However, I'm struggling to find suitable colleges/universities due to my subject choices (Math Lit, Drama, History, Consumer Studies). Hey girl, congratulations on finishing. I am not sure but I think you can come as a language student to learn English. Then you can branch off to whatever you want to do once you get here. You'd have to do some research on options to see which one fits you best.
