When the Tatas purchased Corus Steel in England Ratan Tata was giving his opening speech to the British employees. Sharp at Six P.M. many of them started getting up and left for home even as Ratan was in the middle of his speech. He was shocked as he is used to the grovelling behaviour of Indian employees. That’s the type of corporate culture I like.

Sir we don't know our power tomorrow if we come together we can short Sell one company stock And bring management on raod Even boycott their products or services Like manu manek
I agree with most of the things you said, but again, it is individual awareness & responsibility which really makes one an adult or good parenting in case of children. Can't blame everything on any "system" just need guts to do the thing at that moment. And you are so well spoken, why do you call yourself urban naxal??😂 I don't discredit anyone generally regarding politics but it just sounds unnecessary.. Btw I'm in the category of "Tushar Gupta" folks you mentioned in the video 😁😁 I realised it very late after I finished my degree & got a job
Sir, we generally think that Naxalvaad is bad. It feels like a word that's associated with terrorism for some reason. I will read up more on it. But please make a video on why you call yourself urban naxal.
Check out the word "Urban Naxal" specifically, who coined it, the political connotations surrounding it, which group of people use that word and whom it is used against. You'll get your answer.
Naxals want to get some money out of the resources that are extracted from their lands, but the money goes to the government, where bureaucrats, politicians, police, judges, and journalists share it among themselves. They also wanted land redistribution. Recently ThePrint made a video about the DDA scam where some people in positions of power made Delhi their private property for free.
already many jobs are out due to a.i like truck drivers in Singapore port due to robot trucks, automatic taxi lyft in the usa robo delivery in the usa soon many more jobs will be lost to a.i

AI will streamline work, enhance employee efficiency, and company output.... It will not wipe out the work staff.
