This is such a timely video for me. I'm literally at my computer trying to figure out whether this % and that % is the better option. I have been beating this up, till my head is spinning. I took a break to clear my head and i decided to watch your video. This was a God send. In a 5 minute video, I got the needed clarity to clear up weeks of analysis and over thinking. I could have listened to my wife when she first said it to but that would have been too simple :) Thanks for the video!

I found a really good job but the firm has no retirement plan. I am going to go hard on my Roth IRA and personal brokerage account. I can’t let a lack of 401k stop me.
