Well, you're not totally wrong about everything you mentioned. To clarify, this channel's previous name was 'thebellylaughsvids' and the owner, as mentioned by himself in a separate video, fell into a point where he got anxious about his channel entering the likelihood of being terminated by RUclips after receiving a strike once and so to supposedly save it, he decided to hand the channel to new management, hence the name change "LET UP!" and the so-called 'strange videos' you referred to. But after receiving much backlash from the fans who loved his original content, this time around, he decided to just 'ah screw it' and take back control over the management, get rid of whatever videos the previous management uploaded, and post the videos you now see in the playlist today. In short, he called quits but now he's back.
