Recently, I purchased this headphone from Anker India website. The sound and build quality of the product is really good. But the hybrid ANC is not upto the mark. Instead of cancelling external noise, it suppresses headphone user's voice. I raised this concern with Anker India support team and agreed to replace the product. After returning the product, they clarified that they found the unresolvable problem with the product. So, I got the replacement after waiting for almost 15 days with missing USB-C cable from the untampered box. The replaced product is also having same problem. So, it seems hybrid ANC is not working as expected. Also, when I connected to soundcore mobile app, it showed bluetooth connection history having connections which were not belonging to me. So, it is concern of trustworthiness of the Anker brand. I would recommend to be cautious while buying this product.

1. Kya yeh specs ke sath comfortable rehte hain? Muje bhi specs hain, to kya 3-4 ghante continuous use kar sakte ho specs ke sath?
2. Band ki build quality kaisi hai? Boat/Boult se compare kre agr, jinmein generally neckband kuch mahine baad toot jate hain. Is it long lasting?
3. Ab ear cups ki quality kesi h bro?
