Thanks for sharing the babies Tom, I know it’s a tough old time at the minute but babies can’t help but make you smile 😊
Saw the goats and Highlands yesterday. Very cute! Big thanks to Tom for taking time out to speak to us. 😊
I like how the highland is watching Tom beat in the post, probably thinking what is he doing now 😂
A few centimeters more and you would've had a permanent memory of Oilver's mom.
Imagine taking that out of context
She was definitely trying to get a chomp out of him, lol.
😂
Wow, Tom! You are mucho macho! I’ve never seen a farmer manually driving 4 to 6 inch wood fence posts!! I’m impressed!
LOL 😆😆 did you see how saturated the ground is after the "wettest July in memory"?
The Lord definitely did his job - those are absolutely beautiful fluffy calves.
Your videos bring me peace on the most stressful of days! I appreciate you Tom keep being you!
"Oilver" - best...name....EVER!
You said work smarter not harder. On our farm, we used the tractor bucket to drive the posts into the ground.
Thank you for such a brilliant video today, I love watching all the improvements you are doing to the farm but what I love most is seeing you do what you love the most - working on the farm. I hope with every swing of that hammer pounding in the posts was allowing you to get all your frustrations out.
The Lord did a fantastic job when he was at the farm, not only producing cute baby highlands and a set of twins at that but also little Hugo - Hugo or Oilver should be renamed Lord Hugo or Lord Oilver in honour of their dad 😂
I hope Joanna is doing well, I know the wet summer is a nightmare but at least Joanna hasn't had to suffer a scorching heatwave while she's pregnant 😊
Love to you Joanna and all the team xxxx
Thank you so much for the nice comment☺️ she’s doing well
The Highlands are great and its amazing you named the boy after Oliver. I started watching this channel for the Highlands but stayed for Tom.
Oh my gosh, the baby highlands are SO cute! Hilarious on the name mix up with Oilver/Oliver, but you handled it well I think! Just a greek moo guy making his way in the farm world. The goats make me laugh every time
Thank you!! 😊🙈
Those little highland calves are gorgeous 🥰
Don't worry about the spelling you're in good company.
Get a bar and make a nice big hole then hammer the posts home. Much easier.
That fencing bought back memories from my childhood. Goats love a trampoline - remember seeing some on a kids one in the New Forest a few years ago although not sure how long it would last! Thanks for the videos they always make me smile.
You are definitely a dairy farmer as you have put up the sheep wire upside down
Small holes to the bottom?? Why would they go in the top 😂
The highlands are SO cute!! And that seemed like quite a lot of manual labor preforms on those posts. WOW!! Hope you had some rest from that.
Such a shame it was way too wet for you not to use the post knocker; however, needs must = great job Tom.
Thankyou Auntie Jean for caring for Tom and Team. Does it not gladden your day when Harriet comes to inspect your work!!
Remember: You're a farmer first and u-tuber second. We're happy to wait for surprises and developments as you have time.
Goats can be handy for finding holes in fences - and will be happy to make some where there aren't any. Goats out here in western Queensland are feral, not cute, and unfortunately they carry Q fever so have to be dealt with. Rarer in UK but you do not want it. Good to see the young Highlands doing well, all you need now is a couple of Belties! Love em but too hot here.
show those animals some love for us tom. and for yourself as well as a way to relax some times. give them a petting and feeding. would love to see that when you have time.
The babies are all so cute. Those long horn mom where sure give you the look at what the heck are you doing to their babies
Oil-ver, Cimmun-im, Pep-reekur, Gin-ja, Doll-E and all the new Spice Babes. Welcome to RUclips.
Enough of the cuteness, when are we going to see the progress on the parlour, and what is the planned changeover date for Luke to start work in the new parlour!?
The world needs to know!
Tom thought you had a Propper post knocker 🔨🔨
You are a hard worker Tom; love the little highlands, so cute!
They are all so cute! My wife loves the baby Highlands.
So do I. Such a treat to see the Highlands and calves. 🎉
When you were tagging the beautiful highland babies their mums were not amused with you were they😂😂 love the video❤
The time lapse of hammering those posts in, was hilarious !!
😂
OILVER! Well named. Who needs another Oliver when you can make a statement and start a new trend. I predict we'll see a new naming fad for male children soon. Only, be careful you don't shorten it to "Oily" as a nickname! 😂
😂🙈
Tom, I had the pleasure of meeting the baby goats, Highland babies and all your lovely shop employees. A delightful visit, bacon butties and burgers were yummy, please say a big thank you to your wonderful butchers for recommending and preparing the honey and mustard glazed spatcock chicken with the black garlic new potatoes. All you farm shop staff are a pleasure to speak to, will defo stop off again on the way home from Scotland.
Thank you so much for visiting ☺️
Those highland babies are so cute. I’ve seen farmers using their tractor buckets to push posts into ground. Would be easier!!
Adorable aditions to the farm. Really reminds you that despite it being a business, the love for animals is just there.
Awe all the babies are cute
😂😂 Oilver !! Classic Tom ❤
He needs to stay with Hugo bless them ❤❤
Pretty sure the Ginger Warrior could’ve just slammed those posts in with his bare hands. But you have to respect a man who declines an opportunity to show off. 😎
Yet another great video from Tom. Glad to see all animals are doing well and content. Are you away next week or is this from a few weeks back, only I was going to come up next week to see you. Hope J o is well and your looking after her like a good husband should.
Thanks John, away till Sunday and the will be back ☺️
I do remember that time you left them too long, funny to watch that was
Tom you should get a post driving for the back of the tractor 🚜 it would be easy for you 👍👍👍👍
Bit of manual labour keeps you grounded Tom.
My son spent a day borrowing 6 Ton of Plum Slate a good 200m round trip to the bottom of a garden this week.
Slept like a lamb so he did 😂👍🏼
It was so cool seeing the animals yesterday, didn't expect to see the goats out the front! Loved the ferrero rocher milkshake too.
How good is it 😍
@@TomPembertonFarmLife I tried to get the wife to drive us back there today for another, but nope 😂
@@TomPembertonFarmLifefx my map xox1 my Martin Magee now
I hand pound a lot of fence posts every year fixing pasture fences save tin cans that fit on the top of the posts. Place them over the end your pounding on and it will stop the top of the post from being damaged. Make sure you have different sizes of of cans and several sizes because sometimes you can’t get the can off after beating the hell out of it!!! Just a tip from Saskatchewan Canada
😂🙈
Great video Tom goats are always great to watch the things they get up-to keep up with the great videos as always 👏👏👍👍
Nice to see you at work on your farm and explaining everything to us.
Entertaining watching you put in posts by hand especially when we know you have a post driver. I would put the post driver on for 2 posts, for one post I would push it in with the loader but I am guessing you didn’t want muddy wheel marks.
I knocked all my posts in with a mell before power loaders
Malone......make a lovely, handy post driver.!!!
Just saying like ..
Should use old pallets to make something good for your 🐐 🐐
Hi Tom I saw you in farmers weakly today that’s awesome that you are famous to farmers as well 😂🎉
Thank you for showing the kids today! I wondered how they where
And my son loves the goat atm lol.
Tom. Find a barley farmer who malts it. Then you can get the left over, screened barley from him and feed it 👍
Hi Tom. How is Mama Pemberton and the baby doing ?? After all that pole pounding, were going to have to buy you a kilt and enter you into the Highland Games !!
She’s well, feeling really tired but doing well ☺️
Higland calfs 😊❤
I understand the spelling issue ! Uncel, chit, etc. Dyslexia is a gift a challenge somtimes.
My son only said once as a child that he wished he was not Dyslexic. My reply but it makes you who you are !
Ps he too is very successful in his Career
Put the barley in a walking floor trailer which doesn't tip tip' of the day😅😅😅😅😅
you got a post basher in the silage pit use that
3rd. GOOD TUESDAY MORNING TOM,LUKE,HIEDI, AND THE GINGER WARRIOR WITH A MUSTACHE! Great video! Roger in Pierre South Dakota USA
😍😍 Highland calves REALLY cute.
hey Tom while your talking about the bull he bread a cow at 3min in the video awsum timing :D!!
Highland calfs are so cute that it's ridiculous!!! ❤
OMGawd, I’m madly in love with Honey, Ginger, and Oily-ver ❤
Didn’t you get a post knocker last year⁉️
Yeah dad had the tractor and it was only 6 posts 🤷♂️🙈
I really don't know which is cuter, the fluffy highland babies or the sweet goats. Thanks for the videos Tom. I look for them first thing on Tues and Fri!!
Excellent video Tom
Loving me some Oilver-
You have a manitue.use the bucket to press the post in the ground. Save your back
You give me so much happinessvwith your videos Tom, thank you and helpers.
use the tela handler front end to push posts in
Driving it there would be the challenge 😂
Just a suggestion going forward - "When in the Highlander's paddock, I would seriously suggest that you refrain from yelling 'Oilver' to loudly. least those on the Golf Course hear you and wonder if you have lost your ....!!" Same can be applied when showing guest around the Farm.
The Highland youngsters are so cute. Mums and Dad are fair bonnie too. They have to be Bonnie, they're Scottish 😊😊😊😊 Fence/Sausages .... 😂😂😂😂 Awwwwwwwww wee cutie kids. My cat's called Lottie and her brother is Milo. 🚜🚜🚜🌷🌷🌷🚜🚜🚜
As an OG tom Pemberton fan I remver you tagging the highland calves infront of the farm shop a very entertaining video
Love love love seeing the babies!!
Jeez Tom … you’re strong! 🔨🔨🔨.
I'm curious as to the lack of Skid Steer loaders over there. They are basically essential equipment on farms here in the states.
hmmmm... didn't you spend an arm and a leg on a nice new post knocker not too long ago!!!!
Only 6 post, dad had the tractor and bit a wet tbh 🙈
You are a great man Tom❤
Love to see the animals😊
Great video thanks Tom ❤❤
I appreciate all ur videos Tom ur a good farmer
Love the Highlands, and the goats your ethos is brilliant 😅
Nice new additions. you will remember oilver all your life. and the new fluffy girls looks nice. so does Dolly.

Highland calfs are so cute that it's ridiculous!!! . You are a hard worker Tom; love the little highlands, so cute!.
Another very interesting video Thank you 😊😊😊
Fields are looking moist...
Those baby Highlands are as cute as they come!
Baby Highlands are adorable. Highlands are my favorite . 😊
Yes tom we got one day of sun then rain
Good video Tom
So you do know permanent marker erases with alcohol so you can spell Oliver's name right on his tag?
Didn’t no that 🤦♂️😂
@@TomPembertonFarmLife LOL rubbing alcohol that is ! Most sharpie markers and other permanent markers are alcohol based which is why it works....99% of the time anyway LOL
Why didn't you get the other chap to hold the calves while you tagged them (and banded the male)? Much easier than trying to do it all on your own.
I was there today and I saw the goats but I didn’t get to see the highlands and the candyfloss milkshake is very good
Hi Tom: Jungle gymn for the goats. Have 3 or four boulders piled up by one of your machines.
Goats love it, and it cuts down on hoof trimming a lot.
Great idea ☺️
