On the hole in the plane: it couldn’t have been that large, probably no larger than a US quarter, the reason they sent the photos to Dallas was probably because Dallas was the last terminal the plane was in so they wanted to know if they had records of the damage prior to take off from DFW. Contact tracing essentially. The other reason could be that Dallas has a repair facility so they would know if the hole was too big for another flight or of a way to patch the plane prior to take off.

OMGGGGGG the flight attendant with the burger is just plane mean. Btw, I too am a Pharmacist and you are in a much better situation. The big chains are the worse and the customers get meaner every day!!!!
I always had so much patience even for the meanest customers/patients , but the business side of it and the area managers that have nothing to do with pharmacy background but try to manage the business like they get it used to drive my head in. There i said it. I know many people try to wrap this nicely but i think the big chains that hire people who come from managing supermarkets to manage pharmacies are a big problem :(

I had the worst shopping experience where i felt really unheard. I went to return an online purchase or possibly exchange…. They kept the item at the desk while i looked around and tried on clothes . I couldn’t find anything. Then when i went back to the desk and asked if i can just have a refund ( which in their terms and conditions states is allowed in 15 days) they said i have to contact the online department regarding this but they can do exchange in store. They then told me swipe my card. ( I thought it’s to return the funds) then I realized they made me purchase the items i tried on without me knowing. I said wait! What happened! And i said i only wanted to return one piece, and wasn’t planning to purchase the other items as they don’t fit. The guy said oh sorry it’s a misunderstanding. I was furious. I told them im gona call customer service and complain. And he asked what is the reason. I didn’t say anything i was shaking from anger. This was the second time i faced a problem in the store and feel tricked and frustrated. The first time was about a discount they should have applied but also ‘forgot’
You’ve talked about moving to the states previously but I wonder if maybe the way the time zone work for your business(es) is one reason why the states is not the right place for you right now. I am an American citizen and love my country (obviously) but recognize that it’s not the right a place for everyone. I never want to contribute to the idea that the states is the center of the world. We’re not!!! And personally I like that you’re content in Europe

Yes she’s Serbian, born in todays Bosnia if I rmmbr correctly and later raised in Serbia .. she went to England for her studies
