I'm soooo happy as a african american to find this Chanel, to help educate me on whats happenings in south Africa. ill like to give my brothers and sisters a little waring. please do take what is yours and right what wrongs you can, BUT absolute power corrupts absolutely . so while you fight to right wrongs know that you can't become the people that once oppressed you in righting those wrongs. AFRICAN POWER!
It's so sad when the government tells the people it's your fault for voting for us instead of saying this is how we plan to please you and thank you for voting us to govern this country.
“On some positions, cowardice asks the question, is it expedient? And then expedience comes along and asks the question, is it politic? Vanity asks the question, is it popular? Conscience asks the question, is it right? There comes a time when one must take the position that is neither safe nor politic nor popular, but he must do it because conscience tells him it is right.” ― Martin Luther King Jr.
Mbuyiseni Ndlozi... this guy is a boss... I feel sory for the deputy minister. You can seee it in his eyes that he actually agrees with all these people... Its just that there are orders that he must follow. Orders from the presidency... #operation_defend_Zuma
EFF speaks the most sense until they throw in nationalisation ANC is playing by the rules and using those rules to steal Gareth is lost. Poet girl is angry at SABC for not getting ANC gigs?
We confuse the issue of respect and unfortunately convert it into a right to misuse leadership positions. I come from Kenya where we have had our fair share of challenges and satire is a very deep part of political critique. Yes it is true that we have to respect our elders and yes we have to give way or stand for a grey haired old person, that is respect, however it does not mean that I get trodden upon. When I was a boy I really looked forward to the rights of passage and I assure you I changed overnight as my status required that I treat people in a certain way treat depicted my new status and I was treated as a young adult in return. After this society now did not refer to me as a boy but if I then was to behave in a manner akin to that of a boy then rebuke would follow and I would be told to behave my status not like a boy (and we have a derogatory term when this is said in my mother tongue. Unfortunately in Africa we have a systemic problem where leadership is synonymous with acquisition of assets and wealth at the expense of society. Culturally theft is dealt with violently (Consider our leaders participate in theft of common wealth) (We see this even when we catch a thief in the market there is no satire its violent) Unfortunately we cannot practice mob justice upon our leaders physically so we do it socially by disrespecting them which is a form of social mob justice. If I want your respect I will behave in a manner that creates an atmosphere against which your then hold me in esteem and respect, however if you come into my space and behave like a clown I will not treat you as a king. The emancipation of our people in Africa will come from the empowerment by leadership that serves the people not themselves. There is enough for eve. Did you know that f you built a 600Sq house for each an ever African (all 900Million) (Man woman, Girl Boy & Child) We could fit all of us in Kenya with enough space left for Schools, Fields, recreation and social amenities. What this means the rest of Africa could be left free for us to exploit. The point I am trying to make is that Africa I way more than we could ever hope to use but so many of us sleep Hungry each night, Sleep under Bridges and are in great need yet we are living on wealth untold which even all our leaders put together cannot consume even if they wanted to but it is hoarded by those we elect as custodians
Everyday i hear the " lack of respect for elders " but those who say this always are the ones who lack respect. We need everyone who wants respect to remember they must give respect to get respect regardless of age
It takes so many animal brutal acts for a dog to bite it's master. There must have been repeated actions of leaders not doing what they are constitutional voted for before the uproar became so loud and deafening to bear. Don't go out demanding for respect when you are giving none.
What boggles my mind is that we as South Africans listen to people who speak fluent English without hearing what they are talking about. We fancy new words without really taking time to understand what they meant. The point is simple, whether you are a King, a President, an elder or a Leader, if you don't have respect for the masses, either by your words or your actions, you deserve no respect. Period! We are all equal as people without the titles we give one another.
I have an issue with Mbuyiseni Ndlozi. How can you lose respect for the president because you have a fundamental disagreement on a certain political issue or public policy?
I have a question ,My fellow South Africans! If money was replaced with dignity, would our Parliament be blanketed with squabbles and a disgrace displayed before the eyes of millions?
No politician that has the best interests of the people at heart. Here in South African if you want to be rich be a politician or be political connected.
She is just making noise. She must lesson and talk when she required, after all she will get a chance. She can't even express herself eloquently because of haper too chachacharaga. She misrepresent our ladies out there.
Ja, look, so I mean from my side, I am totally fine with women who express themselves. I agree with the CONTENT of Ntsiki's position. It is important to disrupt 'traditional' rules and hierarchy around who gets to speak and who gets automatic respect and who doesn't in African society. Ntsiki as an individual plays an important role as someone who doesn't conform to a 'conventional' way of doing things both in her art & poetry, her 'aesthetic' and her social commentary. Forward with her. I was making a much sillier point, I'm afraid. By 'fakazing' I meant she was distracting me from hearing Ndlozi's points with the whole "yes" "yes" "yes" in support. Like those people in church with the amens. I'm fine with agreeing with someone but don't drown out the speaker. But I agree with you @Red Carded on the meat of what you are saying.
Well what do you expect when you legitimize African leaders who use theatrics like that idiot Minister of Labour and 'Traditional Leader'(?!!?................) to try to bullshit his way to respect.
Loll funny how a lot of people in the audience didn't really get what Gareth was laughing at 13:04, a big number of them was laughing cause he was laughing, they weren't really laughing at what Dr Ndlozi did.
I have just lost respect for this Ntsiki guy for talking nonsense about this gentleman who according to me conducted himself with the utmost respect! Nxa!
Respect is earned, if you don't respect your followers don't expect them to respect you regardless of age.
Factual words man
Very true and obvious. It's earned not just given

+carl brown interesting insight..thank you. please visit Africa..bring your dollars and start a business if you can. thank you
carl brown hmm, very profound.
Times like these I think I should vote EFF. No lies.
😂😂🤣🤣Oh Quin
wow! am so inspired by mr Ndlozi what an intelligent young man .
There is nothing inspiring about a person who derails from the initial topic and instead use every media chance to make cheap political views.
like this lady she's natural beauty.
i see the reason why Ndlozi is a spokes person of the movement EFF
It's so sad when the government tells the people it's your fault for voting for us instead of saying this is how we plan to please you and thank you for voting us to govern this country.
I am a so-called African american and I see how some force is westernizing the people of a noble place. Don't fight each other, stay strong.

👏👏👏 👏
I try to speak to African people in america and they act as if nothing is going on in Africa. Thanks for your show.
Disrespect exposes you more than it does the disrespected , freedom of speech should not be exploited to perpetuate disrespect...
Everyday i hear the " lack of respect for elders " but those who say this always are the ones who lack respect. We need everyone who wants respect to remember they must give respect to get respect regardless of age
41:15 Mbuyiseni ndlozi stole the show
Nsiki mazwai is just not making sense. That deputy was not arrogant at all
Dr Ndlozi last words cut deep, i would compare it with the best diss track of all time by Tupac Against all odds.
I so much love this young man Ndlozi who never portray and sense of offense.
why can't Ghana has someone like DR Ndlozi oh when
Why can't Africa have more Ndlozis. In anyway, I hope we do
this young man ndlozi is so powerful puti is just bringing none ideals views
Nna ke rata Masechaba, she is so beautiful and intelligent and wish her all the best in life
Nna i wish to be her baby daddy 😊
Brilliant I loved the four ladies singing 😂. Beautiful too ❤
I don't know how but this the first time I see this... 🔥👌 Am left speechless, Ntsiki & Dr Ndlozi are just in super mode
Respect is respect whether you are black or white.
Abiola got her job back, thanks for people who signed partitions to bring her back.
But people should be allowed to ask tough questions without disrespecting anybody.
I think when we gained independence we aspired to lose UBUNTU, we should not forget who we are
+Victor Vic it's self explanatory
I have a serious crush on Ndozi..woo!! the guy is just so wow!
this man deserves a bells Mbuyiseni ndlozi
Re-cap. I have spoken to a Ugandan woman who speaks knowledge and Truth for Africa and America.👍
The host is fyyyn
35:45 Yes, beautifully said.
It takes so many animal brutal acts for a dog to bite it's master.
There must have been repeated actions of leaders not doing what they are constitutional voted for before the uproar became so loud and deafening to bear. Don't go out demanding for respect when you are giving none.
Free can be offensive or insulting but who should decide what is offensive speech? What is the standard?

Girl in the green is spitting the truth.
They need to keep the camera off the hostess, because every time they put it on her I forget the topic of discussion.
you are stupid there is nothing we can do nothing about it
Really listening to this debate it ran out of content and all this leaders never understood the platform and the topic behind
Ndlozi for deputy president!!!
I feel like there were suppose to be more people with knowledge on our constitution.
Adeola "keeping it real" never lost her job she is still broadcasting, that Mugabe clip made her more famous. " keep it real" guys, authenticate.
Spreading false information if you want to be a credible institution is not good.
The lady with long dreadlocks & spectacles is very irritating. I think Buti did well in this session, calm and professional. No populist stances.
No politician that has the best interests of the people at heart. Here in South African if you want to be rich be a politician or be political connected.
Ndozi started to lose respect for Cyril before he descended into Presidential power.
ANC is over......
Dr Ndlozi 🙏
Kulengxenye yenkulumo mpikiswano kuvela kakhulu izinga lokungabi nakunakekelana ngendlela yokuveza ukuzimela ukungadingani ndawonye
I don't care what position /money you have, if you do not respect anyone, they should not respect you.
I see the madness with the whole Hair thing is not only in the USA 😳
Somebody teach that so-called poet how to keep quiet please! a little bit of professionalism is required.
There was a journalist who was kicked out during Trump speech ..??
All the participants on this show was arrogant here. Apart from the chief.
What is the name of that song
Ntsiki is so annoying! Stop fakazing!
+Bandile Ngidi i think she's just passionate
She is just making noise. She must lesson and talk when she required, after all she will get a chance. She can't even express herself eloquently because of haper too chachacharaga. She misrepresent our ladies out there.

Loll funny how a lot of people in the audience didn't really get what Gareth was laughing at 13:04, a big number of them was laughing cause he was laughing, they weren't really laughing at what Dr Ndlozi did.
