Hero name: tractable
Quirk: traction
Description: he can stick to anything as long as he has the quirk activated any of his limbs can also tract
Drawback: if he uses to much traction he sticks to it to the point where if he turns it off it won’t let go so he has to physically rip off the skin or clothing he has activated it on
Support gear: gloves that help him unstick from anything if he accidentally or purposely uses 100% traction

thats actually not true- all might never had the float quirk he just propelled himself into the air and then soared through the sky using immense power. deku is the first user of one for all to inherit the original quirks of the previous users.
also stop saying the float quirk is flying. it really isnt.
