Satan knows there is one God, and he knew full well that Jesus was the Son of God, and yes, that he, Jesus, was God in the flesh, but Satan tried to tempt Jesus, to see if he could make Jesus do what he said, and if he could get Jesus to do even one thing, then in that he would have done the will of Satan and not God, his Father. It is the work of Satan to make us doubt God and His word, the Bible. To make us doubt our salvation, and to doubt who Jesus is, yes, Satan does not want you to know just who Jesus is. For in knowing the truth you can and will be saved. So Satan lies and says: Jesus is not God, you can't be saved by Him. There is only one God, with many names, but He is only one person. Believing only in God will save you. Father, Word, Son, and Holy Ghost are all one person. The Father is not a witness of His Son. The Holy Ghost is not a witness of the Son. Jesus lied, when he said; "My Father sent me", "My Father is in heaven", "I came to do the will of my Father", "I go unto my Father." All lies of the Devil, Satan, that old serpent! The truth is, even as John said; 1Jn 5:7 For there are three that bear record in heaven, the Father, the Word, and the Holy Ghost: and these three are one. The three are the one God, and the one God is three. That is three in one, three persons in the godhead, for the Father is God, the Son is God and the Holy Ghost is God. Not one or two, but three, not four, or five, but three, the three are the one God and the one God is three persons, this Satan does not want you to know and understand. God the Father is not the Son that died for our salvation. God the Son is not the Holy Ghost, that quickens, make you alive unto God, and gives us all understanding. God the Holy Ghost, who does not speak of it's self, is not the Father, who sent his only begotten Son into the world, to save us from all our sins. And all that say this is not true, do the work of Satan.
