- I know, I know, leggings are sooo comfy during pregnancy. BUT I don't like them. Instead I've gathered pieces over the years that fit through all seasons of my changing body, (and a few solid maternity pieces too), to create a capsule wardrobe that I feel good and comfortable in!

I'm not a mom, but I'm a full-time nanny. It's so easy for me to think "I'm just going to be around kids, it doesn't matter how I look", but this video remind me how important it is to dress the way you want to feel!
I used to wonder why my mom wore skirts and dresses so often especially when pregnant and with a new baby. Now as an almost mom of two I get it. Dresses and skirts help me with decision fatigue in the morning getting dressed. So easy comfy and breathable.

For me it's nursing friendly that's the hardest. Pregnancy keeps it simple haha
38+4 weeks with my first earthside baby! Simplifying my wardrobe and choosing styles that are loose fitting and made from comfortable fabrics like cotton and linen are the best decisions I made about 3-4 years ago! I didn’t have to buy anything for my pregnancy ☺️

22 weeks pregnant with baby number 4 here!! I agree, it is sooo hard to dress a bump. I’m finding my clothes are not working for me like they did my last three pregnancies because I’m a liiiittle bit bigger this time around 😅 I’m loving loose dresses right now

ugh yes. At the end of my pregnancy, I fit in 4 things that I rotated. Now that I am not even two weeks postpartum, I can't wait to finish healing so I can work out and fit in my regular clothes until I get pregnant again. haha

9 weeks pregnant. Had to buy maternity leggings 3 weeks ago due to the bloat. I won’t need any new tops though! Im excited to see what will happen. Im definitely a sweats and tshirt girl though. Dresses have been fun, but I need maternity bike shorts under because my belly has grown fast

Almost 26 w prego with our second child 🥰☀️. To be honest we do have such a similar style. I just love to add a bit more pastel colors, but nothing much.

17 weeks with our 3rd and I HATE “maternity” branded clothing and prices 😢 I’m also the working parent while my husband finishes his last year of school so I HAVE to have pants. Finding anything comfortable to last the entire pregnancy is so hard and miserable. I honestly wish I could just wear dresses after 20 weeks, but the skirt is a safety hazard at almost every job I’ve worked in the past 3 years.

You look nicest in your dresses. I am not co for table with a pregnant belly exposed for the world to see. To me it was private and personal. I bought maternity dresses for my first pregnancy and wore the same same dresses for all pregnancies. Adding on a few as some got worn out. I did have a pregnancy a thing costume that had a little skirt over the belly for modesty
You are absolutely gorgeous! This is the first time I have seen your hair down, but either way pregnancy looks fantastic on you. The green dress is super cute, but I think my favorite outfit was the jeans and tank with the button up over top. Classic and comfortable. Well done with this video...and all the others. I loved being pregnant during summer because using flowy dresses with the bump was so easy 😊 but I needed bike shorts so my thigs wouldnt chafe, to find those specially second hand/ethically was a struggle!
Yes! The bike shorts are a necessity! Found mine second hand.

I'm 28 weeks pregnant and my little wardrobe is shrinking fast too! I did recently find some decent maternity pants that are super comfy that I mainly bought because I think they will be great postpartum. But I've been straight up just wearing dresses my entire pregnancy! I really hate the feeling of elastic on my belly even when my belly was small. I loved your outfit ideas they were all so cute. Great inspiration!🌸 Pregnancy has really taught me how much I like having a minimal wardrobe honestly less options means I'm not going to fuss over everything I wear. Getting dressed is so fast now. Also packing. Omg everytime I pack my bag to visit my parents I don't over pack like before. I hesitate to start donating my pre pregnancy clothes to free up closet space tho because I am not sure what will work/fit for me after baby arrives.
A modest swimsuit brand I've been loving is Geode! They have lots of smocked fabric swimsuits. Pretty affordable and cute!

I was pregnant in the 70s! I wish they would’ve had the cute clothes that are available for pregnant women now! Mine look like the basic tent top and stretchy panel pants!🫤
Me too I had 2girls in the 76 and 78 and my son in 85 I had a cheese cloth cream coloured top that covered my bump 😂 now I have just one granddaughter she is 19 🎉❤❤❤ I live in the UK 🇬🇧

33 weeks pregnant with my second and feeling like a watermelon with legs! It’s so hot where I am in southern Ontario so I’ve mostly been wearing loose fitting dresses with supportive maternity shorts underneath. I wear leggings to the gym and would recommend the nike maternity leggings if anyone IS looking for leggings.
Is it just me or do all these youtubers have very expensive clothing or items? The oatmeal dress is almost $200. This other youtuber i watch recommends a baby carrier that is $400! This is not doable for most people. I m starting to feel sad that most things are like that on youtube even with influencers that promote a simple lifestyle.
If you watch her other videos she thrifts most of her other clothes for very inexpensive
My second baby is almost a year old and the large amount of weight I gained in pregnancy is coming off so slowly. I have only bought 3 tshirts which are not so helpful coming into winter and my wardrobe has been smaller than yours is now this whole time 😂😬 really need to buy some clothes
I am v proud of myself for making it 2 pregnancies without buying anything maternity. That did mean I lived in a few pieces clothes for most of the pregnancy but I made it!!
One handy thing to address would have been how often you have to wash these in order to repeat them during the week. Maybe you’re more clean than me haha

Same. I was wondering how she would define it because purity culture would define it one way whereas biblical modesty has less to do with revealing clothing and more about not showing off your wealth 🤷🏻♀️
why would women wanting to be modest makes you uncomfortable ? would you like modest women to be feeling weird about your choice ! many women like to dress on the modest side.. but each define modesty in a diffrent way

My favorite is to google "modest swimsuit" and see all of the Muslim full body coverings.
