Welcome to Mombasa my city.
Researched Mombasa last year before travelling and found nothing valuable. Travelling again to wonderful Kenya this week, tried looking for videos and THIS! OMG, loved it! Thank you for the content! Especially a trip to local village.
Bajiya is a combo of lentils herbs and spices, viyazi karai which you ate in the start of the video is made from potatoes.

I love your travel and food videos, but please stop eating over the main pots/dishes as food can be literally seen falling from your mouth and no doubt in some cases back into the dish that others will be served from.

@@done-hw4cz OMG! I was thinking the same thing! It’s almost like he subconsciously thinks that he doesn’t have to adhere to certain hygienic practices in some of these poorer countries. Cause he wouldn’t just be in the US stirring in pots with unwashed hands and eating out of pots.
