I know that you call the ISTP Ti/Ni a jumper but I think it is a loop. I am an ISTP female and I can do both standard and jumper. I find my life is better when I follow the standard pattern. Also, since I am older, I have developed my Fe. However, it takes up a lot of energy. Need to be alone to recharge even though I do like to socialize.

I understand, that makes since for a standard ISTP. I think health for all types is getting more in balance, but still the strengths of the standard and jumper types are different. It’s whether Ni known patterns is relied upon automatically, or if your first instinct is to reference external Se facts in the moment, a researching tendency. One isn’t “worse” than the other. Thanks for sharing your thoughts!

@@typologycorner wouldn't "facts" and external research be more Te?

No, Se is taking in the details of the situation. Te is more focused on decision-making based on the observation. Se is the inclination to research and absorb current events for the sake of observation alone. Proving and looking for concrete evidence in the moment is Se.
