I think that we have to take in account that Choe took a pretty long break from dance after leaving dance moms for the first time, and being able to still do those turns, after those few years of not doing dance, and still being as good as Maddie is very amazing.

Kiana Klein Patton she’s not anywhere near maddie and never was. it’s sad but when you look at it objectively instead of subjectively maddie is and always has been miles ahead, probably because melissa put her in many extra classes and maddie never wanted to leave that studio

DmSymphony x She did she danced at studio 19, but not for that long... She was also traveling and doing actin I believe in a dance show/movie. She may have still been in some classes but not as much as she was before she left studio 19 or ALDC. She was not consistently in dance class, also a break does not have to be that long... but she definitely took a break for a short time I may be wrong maybe not. its okay, I love both of the girls, and I think comparing them is getting old and pretty lame, tbh.

Chloe’s turns are graceful, elegant and beautiful. Maddie’s turns are sharp, fast and skilled. Chloe makes them look pretty and Maddie makes them look easy.
After years why are people still comparing Maddie and Chloe? They both have weaknesses and a strong side and shouldn’t be compared.

Chloe?? Chloe has horrible technique and sickled feet, and she isn’t graceful at all. Maddie always made the movements look so light and easy, which Chloe could never do. And have you not watched the show?? Maddie legit never did acro, she never had an acro solo, but I’m guessing you only assumed that from these clips.
I generally think Chloe looks a lot heavier when she dances than Maddie and Maddie looks more smooth and like she is floating. But I also think that Chloe has gotten so much better after she came back. I love them both in different ways:))

lar ksjsk I wouldn’t say bad but they’re not the dancers they used to be and it’s normal considering Chloe’s passion for dance also changed after dance moms.
Both are such magnificent dancers!! I love watching both of them dance.

but i think chloe has regressed in terms of her dancing. she used to dance “light” and easy but now she kinda makes it look “heavy”. i don’t really know how to describe it but yea. i don’t blame her though bc after she left aldc, she hasn’t been dancing at a professional level (i suppose)

Yeah I was sort of seeing what you are saying. Like before, Chloe made it look effortless and flowy and pretty and now it still looks pretty but with her turns and stuff it looks like she is about to fall out of them and not making it look simple.

Life with Lex 247 Maddie vs Chloe. Sounds like a comparaison to me and even a competition And plus at the end it said that she couldn’t compare lyrical or something like that. This video is about comparing if it would be the evolution of the two dancers well it would of been separated.
you actually believe stuff from that staged show happened? Sorry but some facts are:
Chloe was awesome at dancing in a proper dance studio. Everyone in the dance world knows ALDC is a joke compared to real dancing (no offense, I watched the show too and I liked watching it, this is just a fact). Chloe went to another studio and left the ALDC and there was soooo much fuss about that and about how her dancing has improved since she left and yet she chose to come back. So it's all for the money and fame in the end because compared to what she could do when she was in her "new studio", this sucks. Comparing her with Maddie was mean lots of times, but this time it is simply stating the obvious.
The whole like for this person and comment for that person is dumb because no one ever comments so the likes always win😂

There isn't anything wrong in comparison in some areas Maddie was better some areas Chloe was better. If I look at progress I will say Chloe because she came a long way for loosing her passion I just hope she understands comparisons are not necessarily bad it is more a great way for people to feed their competitive drive and work harder or you can sit at it going maybe she is good at this but I will be better at this. People need to learn to be better competitors I hope behind the scenes Maddie and Chloe are working things out because they have memories they can share that was pleasant it's better to focus on the positive and just have fun and let the comparisons be that just fun.

To be completely honest I think that both girls spent half their lives head to head going up against each other in competitions and they are now going their separate ways which we all should be supportive of that decision. Yes, it is unfortunate that they arn't on the best of terms with friendship but that doesn't stop us from being understanding people. I personally think we should all stop compering the two and let them live their lives and be free.

I love Chloe but she's so stiff with her movement. Her turns are great, but she doesn't catch much air when she leaps, and it seems like she's straining for the flexibility. She used to have this very light as a feather quality to her that's gone away.
I agree, I'd say it's the lack of ballet classes
I thought she looked stiff as well. If she worked on breathing through her movements and releasing her torso when appropriate the movements would look much more fluid.

Maddie has been busy with tour and music videos and shows and stuff like that. Meanwhile, Chloe is in the dance studio. Working. Training. Getting better. I love Maddie but I also love Chloe. So I think Chloe’s better. But they’re both amazing dancers. And very close talent wise.

I mean, we all know that Chloe took a long break in training seriously, while Maddie never stopped. So naturally Maddie is better now. But I still think it's nice that Chloe is dancing. It's a passion of hers, and she doesn't have to be the best dancer in the world to be successful.

kate :3 That's false. She may not have been training AS intensely as she was while on Dance Moms, as she did do some acting and fashion work. But she worked with Sia for several years and then with Brian Friedman. There was no significant gap in her dance training.

EveeelsBaeee There's no "formal type of dances." There are different styles. She's been doing more jazz funk as opposed to the lyrical she did on the show, and she hasn't been competing because she's a professional, but that's still a legitimate form of dance.

I have danced for 12 years yet and I can definitely say that both are talanted and both have a great structure, pointed feets etc. There’s only this one thing with Chloe, she’s not dancing very light- Her leaps were rly heavy when she came down for example. She might not be as flexible as Maddie anymore but the only “problem” she has is that she’s dancing too heavy and every dancer can see this. This is no mean comment against Chloe (she’s such an amazing dancer!) But I wanted to explain why Maddie should get the point. This isn’t unfair or mean, this is just like a competition between them. And that’s what I’m saying

I am a turner so thats how I know second turns aren't THAT hard but pirouettes are pretty hard to do on concrete, like u said because of friction you can"t turn as much as u would on a wood or marley so please dont assume everything it makes you seem stupid

She was never starved by Abby. She was just a skinny girl with a fast metabolism that was boosted by dancing frequently. She had grew up and her body grew. She was always healthy

When they were on dance moms, they were doing the same choreography, rehearsals and skills as each other, BUT now they aren’t doing the same things and the comparison is completely irrelevant.
Maddies been dancing non stop (with Sia, taking classes and preforming) since she left ALDC.
Where as Chloe stoped dancing for a few years (not to mention at the most critical time to maintain technique and skill level) since leaving the ALDC, and had to basically re-train her body again.
Comparing two people who aren’t under the same circumstances isn’t far nor relevant to skill or talent.

After she left dance moms I feel that she consistently improved and became a more versatile experienced dancer, I don't know how to describe it, but I just feel like Chloe is just more stuck. I'm not saying she's bad she just didn't go a more professional route. I think the way maddie went was wisest, with going to new choreographers and just experiencing different. @Sydney Layland umm after maddie left she still took classes and did more Choreography with other people and dance studios. Also maddie has been way more successful over the years. I totally agree that Chloe is just stuck. Sooo... she does have her facts correct.😏

Obviously Maddie has been dancing longer than Chloe now since Chloe took a break for a long time, so Maddie is better in most categories. All except turns I would say. Chloe has always been better at turning than Maddie. Maddie is known to fall out of turns and Chloe's has always been clean. If you watch their old solos, Maddie's have a lot more focus on tumbling and Chloe's have a lot more focus on turning because those were their specialties. I'm happy to see that Maddie has been keeping up and not letting the fame be an excuse for not improving, and I'm glad that Chloe is getting back into it, because she obviously has an amazing gift and she's improved a lot since getting back into it.

turns) Maddie, Chloe still bobbles everywhere and can't keep her arms level. Maddie's releve has improved greatly and she's much smoother and consistent.
Aerials: Maddie, she's always been great at them and though she hasn't necessarily improves, considering the growth spurts she's had the past few years, I'm surprised she can still do them, especially so neatly considering she hasn't really trained them!
Leaps: Maddie, they have always been her forte and she still manages to make them look elegant and effortless whilst hitting oversplits
Flexibility: Maddie. It's never really been Chloe's strong suit, but I don't think she's particularly built for flexibility so she's the type of girl who would really have to work to be flexibly, where as Maddie is like Kenzie and is naturally quite flexibly
Overall: I think even objectively Maddie is the better dancer these days, but that's fine, I feel like dance hasn't really stayed Chloe's priority, and the style she was best at (ballet) she no longer does. It's really a shame because I loved Chloe's ballet and think she could have gone far, but she's not really improved since leaving DM the first time, whereas Maddie has continued to train in different styles and has grown massively as a dancer in recent years. She also just has that something special about her that makes her such a joy to watch!

Slated I think that Chloe has never really had a dancers build and so it is a lot harder for her to gain flexibility etc. but it’s not constructive criticism if u just say Maddie won, Maddie won, Maddie won... if that makes any sense.
