What are the secrets of working clean like this? Such clean space and superb organization can not be found in other countries. Do you run according to some protocols, are you taught this at school, is it local culture?

She’s not baking at that moment,she’s oven drying them in cooling down oven in 2-3 minutes instead of 30-60 minutes at air to form crunchy shell on macaron then when it’s formed she turns on Owen waits for temperature to rise and then when temperature is up on level she needs she closes door and fries them definitely
