Ive just ordered the Style B in iced tea colour today from your Thomann website..my order has been processed and i just CANNOT wait for it to land in the UK next week🇬🇧👍👍👍
There was a museum exhibit on the Art of Guitar, and EVERYONE flocked around the original D’Angelicos, especially a gorgeous example of his New Yorker. There were also some very nice D’Aquistos there as well. It’s good that these guitars are now more accessible to everyone, but it’s also a little sad that having something like these hand made will cost you a lot more money than John D’Angelico could ever dream of.
Love seeing the semi-hollow/hollowbodies. Nothin else sounds like em. Even tho my genre is progressive metal I use my semihollow a lot for chords and melodies, every guitarist who has multiple string babies should have one imo.
Every time I plug in a “equivalence style“ D’Angelo into my rig, it really opens up sonic nuances that aren’t there the traditional makers, so to speak, of semi hollow in particular. I’ve been playing my life, but have always had a hard time justifying, purchasing two Different guitars of similar styles. Partially because cost, partially because of the space, but these guys are really forcing me to reevaluate their sound and how unique they have become the rebranding. I’ve been kicking myself for the last five years or so for not pulling the trigger, as these are only gonna go up in price and be harder to find that quote, right one for me.“ Let’s all do ourselves a favor and take the plunge! Also, that’s some hard hitting journalism right there. Jumping right into you hundred mile. No batting practice, No fluff or ego boosting. Just getting right to the controversy!
@ThomannsGuitarsBasses I have a 2015 DH that I love. I'm glad to see them bring back a bit more premium option. But a $1900 archtop is a great price given how expensive they get. They help fit a whole in the market in the US atleast between the really inexpensive sub $1k models and the one off builds north of $6k
That reverb sounds really weird on this on these demos it sounds like it's splashing in the background or something I don't know the guitar sound great though
I would prefer that old school headstock on more models. Never liked their headstock personally. Too over the top for the style of guitar. But that old school one looks nice
I love my Dan jella Co. So much I want another one. I don't care if you play Death Metal. You will love a semi hollow, or a full hollow guitar. Different playing experience all together. At the price point you can't bitch. Get one, trust me.

The need more credit, these guitars are amazing. I don’t think there is a more beautiful guitar maker today.
D'Angelico makes the world's most beautiful guitars.

D’Angelico are beautiful instruments. Out of the 8 guitars I own my favourite by far is my D’Angelico.

Glad to see D'Angelico finally making proper Archtops again.

I want one of those D’An Sohos. My next guutar.
I’m super happy with my Bob Weir Deluxe:-)
Would love to try the EXL1.
I want them all ❤
I love D'Angelico semi-hollow bodies.
I hope you guys don't discontinue the Brighton models…
Love this brand soooo much if I had the cash I'd buy the Gramercy and Taminy
Maybe after Kris gets home he can give us an overview of what all he played at NAMM. Kris is one of my favorite players on RUclips.
Thanks so much man, I really really appreciate that! 🙏 //Kris
Hi, have D'angelico stopped the deluxe range?
I noticed the discontinued the stairstep tail piece option on the Premier DC. I wonder if that’s a cost saving move or if they were having issues.
reverb on the demo jazz guitars sounds really weird they sound great though the guitars especially pretty 17 inch jazz box
That reverb sounds really weird on this on these demos it sounds like it's splashing in the background or something I don't know the guitar sound great though
ladder braced archtops, no x braced ones?

I actually love that over the top headstock. It’s really the only reason I want one
@@csharp57 fair enough. To each their own. Haha
I only want the new headstock unless it's an acoustic

I want one of their hollowbodies so bad so I can play some jazzy post-blackened death metal shoegaze. Why must I be so broke? 😭
great guitars but i hate the golden things
Still no lefties :(
The D’angelico representative can’t pronounce DANgelico correctly.
How to tell us you didn't actually watch the whole video without telling us you didn't actually watch the whole video
