I just make my carnivore noodles with scrambled eggs with a little salt in them and I try to put just a little bit in each pan and roll it around and make them real thin and then cook both sides until they’re light brown. I have sprinkled gelatin, beef gelatin on the top of them before I mix up the eggs and that helps them to be a little thicker. And then just cook them in a buttered pan. After they’re cooled off I Cut them into thin strips and then cut them in half or so or however thick or small you want them and they’re really good as noodles.
