This is so idiotic. Lincoln's legacy is emancipation. When the moment came to do the right thing, he did it-when it counted.

It's time to seriously reconsider your stance. Supporting racism is not only morally wrong but also harmful to society as a whole. Take a hard look at your actions and values, and make the choice to stand on the right side of history by rejecting bigotry and embracing equality.

Not long ago I subscribed to your channel and since then have watch several of your videos. I've been particularly drawn to your videos on slavery because I've been alarmed by recent efforts by some politicians in this country to eliminate or revise the teaching about slavery and the part it played in our history. Even as an old white man, I have come to realize slavery was, and still is, one the most vile practices ever devised by mankind. And as practiced in the U.S., it was particularly abhorrent. Having said that, I think your view of Lincoln, as portrayed in this video, is a bit harsh. I don't know what Lincoln was like in his early years, but as president, I don't think he was a racist or an abolitionist. He was a product of the thinking of his day who did, at least to some degree, evolve during his presidency. If you want a more accurate view of Lincoln, I would suggest you read about his relationship to Frederick Douglass. There's an excellent article by Sarah Fling entitled, "Frederick Douglass and Abraham Lincoln" available online that gives a brief look at their relationship and a few of the thoughts of Douglass about Lincoln.
