For a big chest like Luka's, that come from doing A LOT of push-ups, preferably with your hands touching at the tips of the thumbs and index fingers. Also, if you have the problem that Petra does, try starting with only twenty push-ups. And do them with your knees touching the ground instead of your toes, that will reduce the difficulty of the individual push-ups to about a third of normal.
As a relatively fit man, Luca’s “boobas” are likely just his pecs being so pronounced, which is why he suggested push-ups. However, it’s worth noting that female breasts are mostly fat. I’m not an expert in breast growth in females, but in males, one way we get rid of fat on our pecs (man-boobs) is to do push-ups and other exercises that work out those muscles.
