Yeah my aunt lives in palm coast and that's where my 93 year-old grandma just moved.I'm sorry if I wanted to live in a house the size of a hotel I just go stay in a hotel and be waited on. My 93 year-old grandma is loving it.
I just moved from Canada after marrying my best friend and we are also in the F section. I love it here! I grew up in a city of over 1 million ppl. The food here is incredible. People here are so friendly and helpful. Sunsets are some of the most unbelievable I've seen.
I thought I wanted to move to Palm Coast until I saw a different video that pointed out how the city ordinances were much like that of an HOA. After looking online I saw what there were talking about and have decided I really didnt want to live in Palm Coast. I dont like HOA type of rules.
What can you tell me in your experiences with hoa and the genaral population? I definitely need my freedom. I got a loud car. Love my dogs and always wanna have a cook out. To be fair all neighbors are welcome to ask for a platr nearby
Some folks refer to Palm Coast as an HOA without the fees due to the ordinances. This is a pro for some and a con for others. We have boats and don't want to pay for storage so we live in unincorporated Palm Coast where the ordinances don't apply. Want to know more? Email me at stephanie@shulashomes.com
Just moved here 3 years ago after living in the NE,Midwest( big and small cities) the last 30 years. This city is clean, wonderful winters.Just being honest though no offense intended there is just nothing here,no downtown,no big Industry to stir up the economy and sadly this is the 1st small city that we have encountered some (NOT EVERYONE )subtle and not so subtle unfriendly, racially conscious folks. We were never self conscious about being different, never experienced racial issues until now.We are Asians & we don’t know if being always looked at as foreigners despite our being able to speak fluent English is a reason.I think the median age of the population is about 40- to’50s. Medical care ( area we were educated) is good if you can get in to Mayo Clinic.Looking ahead we hope to move to a place we know we could fit in when the economy is better, soon I hope.
Us too. Stuck here with my job and probably 10 years away from retiring. I'll be interested to see how our state looks in about 10 years with the amount of people and all this development.
STRs do well here, obviously some areas (such as those that are walking distance to beach access) do better than others. Happy to chat in more detail if you'd like to set up a call

Come to the Pacific Northwest, you’ll be welcomed a hell of a lot more than Palm Coast.

There are too many old people here
There are too many old people all over Florida.
Ever hear of "God's waiting room"?
Old people don't mug you. They don't break into your home, your auto, they're not "Porch Pirates."
