For the feet, if that's the direction the fade goes you just select the feet and rotate them going the other direction that way it looks like they are walking down

To make the feet walk in use four slides ie old school animation technique rather than an animation applied to a single slide, or reverse the add order as one of them looked like it might work.

Can you use green and chroma key the background?
Adding a transition = shortening the video. Why? This makes it difficult to sync audio with video ...
Can you make one for Facebook Gaming or is it already compatible??
It’s already compatible. You just make it and put it in OBS, where OBS is sending the stream isn’t important. Hope that helps!
