A friend of mine is working at tsoutsouros, so I think I will surprise him with a visit. But first, let me see, wether there is a Video at RUclips... Oh... A man is walking at the Beach of tsoutsouros... Exactly at this Spot... And the he Tells me what I feel in all my greek experiences... There is no place like beeing part of the heartwarming greek! First of all, thank you very much for this wonderful video. I was 2 weeks in Heraklion in 2022 and I just planing my next trip there and I was trying to find a way to walk from Arkalachori to Tsoutsouros which takes about 5 hours. So I wrote here "walking in Tsoutsouros" and there is your video on the top of the list. I saw the whole video and Tsoutsouros is a place where I would like to stay about 10 days. Just 2 questions: did you walk from Arkalochori to Tsoutsouros? Or From Tsoutsouros to another place like Matala? Thank you very much. Bruno
Hello Bruno, if you like hiking, try a) Achentrias to Tsoutsouros and b) from Tsoutsouros to Maridaki along the coast (absolutely breathtaking) and from there to the monastery of Agios Nikitas with the palm forest.

No bus route
you can go to Tsoutsouros from Heraklion by bus, but you have to change at Arkalochori
