Woww....I was there in 2O16 with my family.....a long trip through U.S. from Denver to Yellowstone... to Chicago ... to Niagara Falls....to Newport...and New York City. I remember very well Geneva on the Lake....to me felt like...was in the 5Os 😀....however a wonderfull town. United States are wonderfull.......greetings from La Spezia / Italy
We lived on Woodside Drive Geneva the lake and spend many high school and beyond years working and visiting at the Lake. Have known Eddie at Eddie’s Grill for 50 +years. While in high school worked at one of the shops where people stood behind these cut outs with their face in a hole. We would develop the film right there and give them the picture. For a few bucks. GREAT MEMORIES 🥰
That was the yearly vacation spot for my immediate family and cousins, uncles, aunts, etc for YEARS. Wish it still looked the way it did 30 years ago with the small amusement park they had.
Wow! Very wonderful place to you visited here!!! What a quaint small town!! Love places like that!! The walking trail looks fantastic!! and very relaxing!! Your brother seems like a very nice guy, Im sure you had a wonderful vacation with him! Its nice that you can get together and do these things! Great restaurant you took him too! How was the food? Loved the Yankee Bar and Grill! yeehaw, love me a good country music bar! lol Eddies looks freakin' fantastic!! Love places like that!! They always have the best hot dogs!!! Geneva-on-the-Lake packs a double punch. On one hand there is the strip with all the shops and restaurants and on the other hand is Geneva State Park with its scenic lakeside trail. Thanks for always being there with us Vicky! Lou
