These meditations have literally been a life saver for me. I use them daily to help me rest and stay calm in the midst of a very scary illness that has left me ventilator dependent, unable to breathe, walk and totally bedridden. My body is failing but at least I can keep from losing my mind too!

I haven't slept for past 4-5 days for more than 3 hrs due to some workload ..I really can't encapsulate this feeling of relaxation in words now after this meditation.. its a million dollar experience
