How to File and Undo GST/HST Returns in QBO

    It seems that this feature is only available in the accountant version of QBO. You can add an accountant through "manage users" who should be able to undo your filing.

    How do you set a the GST/HST to show the reports properly, where do I add instalment payments etc Tax agency Report

      Thanks for your comment. Can you explain in a bit more detail what you would like to see in terms of "setting the GST/HST to show reports properly" and "tax agency report".
      I am going to create a tutorial for entering GST/HST instalments in QBO, soon.

    Thanks for the video, it looks like this option is no longer available anymore for more recent tax filings.

      Thanks for pointing this out. It appears that the option to undo the GST/HST might only be available if you have the accountant version of QuickBooks Online (QBOA), who would need to be added as an accountant in the users section of settings.
