When i fs shuv it always go so far back from me and i cant ever catch it.

still working on getting mine right but repetition is key, keep working on em, keep trying to jump back to stay over the board and trust the process ! You'll get em but my advise would be to film yourself trying and watch back the footage to see what adjustments you can be making.
