How to Plant Ginger in a Plastic Bag Pot - When to Plant and Harvest Ginger

Hello friends. In this video I show how we can plant ginger in small spaces such as vases or even in plastic bags. In this case, I planted the ginger in a 20-liter bag. The ginger planting season will take place between the months of October to December. The harvest revolves around 150 days after planting, but it can also be based on when the ginger inflorescence is emitted, as in this condition we can obtain maximum production and stem softness. In the video I present a recipe for canned ginger in which the ingredients are 500 grams of grated ginger, 1 level spoon of salt, 1/2 cup of sugar, 1 cup of vinegar.
