    272 mm skate blade size 0:35. Marker marks blade at 272 setting 0:59 . Profiled region depends on skate runner size.

    Добрый день! Для чего делается калибровка?

    You should include details about changing the wheels from the standard to the wide profile wheel and how the dial needs to be adjusted.

      We've chosen not to include the steps for changing the wheel in this video. We refer you to this video when it comes to changing/adjusting wheel width: ruclips.net/video/H0Tzn_N43Fs/видео.html
      We will add the reference to the video subtitles. Thank you for pointing that out :)

    Is there a video at all or could you guys make one on touching up a profile that's previously been done on a set of steels, because using the same measure points may just set the lean further forward, no?

    • @ProsharpWorld
      @ProsharpWorld  4 года назад

      All profiles that has a moved pivot point (even singles) needs to go through the process that you are referring to. For the double it is always crucial to do this even if the pivot point is not moved.
      We will be making a video describing this as soon as possible.

    Привет!! Количество проходов и давление камня на лезвии, немного ли для того чтоб сделать плоскость??

      @@ProsharpWorld It was in Russian))) The number of passes and the pressure of the stone on the blade, is it a little in order to make a plane?? Thanks)

      @@cryerdimon Thank you! Not sure if Google translate got your point but I assume that you are wondering how many passes it takes to profile steels and how much pressure you should use? When you program the machine for profiling, you can first set it up so that all 5 lights are lit. This means that machine will repeat 25 cycles. Profiling is done when guide roll touches the template for the entire length of the steel. Pressure you can determine based on what type of steel you are working with. More pressure (counter weight in left) will make profiling quicker, but but also more noise. I hope this info helps, but again let us know if it didn't answer your question.
