@@Gun_Metal_Grey lmao you found my comment quickly 😂 yeah Limmy's class and I love these FMV games like him so km finally catching up on his playthrough :)
I really regarded this series of games as a fun, gimmicky FMV concept for Limmy to patter about off of, but around about 2:49:30 when they begun to debate stereotypes and defining objects/activities by gender, I started to appreciate the strength of writing and acting on display. There's still moments like Ry Lad saying "that's some main character shit right there" or whatever TikTok zoomer rubbish he said, but overall you can see across both games that the team behind these games really put their heart, soul and utmost effort into it -- they really put their full energy into a game they knew would probably never make it big with the lack of budget and promotion.
it’s funnier to try and do well the first time, because you either fuck it up (funny) or build up intimacy with people, which makes it far funnier when you eventually treat them like shit huge ball drop
yea. but he says in another of these date vids it's not necessarily binned "it's just shelved" *edit*... lol great. 30 odd mins later says nah he doesn't think he'll go back to it
Wtf is that weight question? If he weighs 100 pounds he can’t weigh 100 pound + anything. Should have an option for a philosophical argument as to whether a man can weigh more than his weight
@@mitchg93 That would work if the question was worded "a man weighs 100 pounds. Add half his weight. How many pounds is that in total?". But he said "a man weighs 100 pounds AND half his weight". That means the guy was saying [weighs "100 pounds + half weight"]. Symbolic logic only works as a justification here if the sentence is structured in the first instance.
Anyone else remember back before dating apps when you met enough people in real life to get laid and some of them you went out with for a while? Gonorrhoea wasn't so prevalent back then too. But then neither was Ed Sheeran. Hang on a second . . .
Limmy slamming Bash with the trauma dumping patter when he was the one who asked about it, truly a cruel and heartless man
This is where limmy shines, no complex mechanics to stump him, just churning out the patter
1:38:42 subtitler was like f*k this... i'm not writing 'bigup Anton.'

You can tell they did their research too instead of just repeating certain tropes, even if the characters initially appear as cliches.
@@NoelleMarthere’s certainly an intelligence of a certain kind.
2:45:32 - get that clipped for future out-of-context use
I can't believe how fun it is to watch him try so hard to fuck it up only for him to be too charming. Just like when he pretends to be a bastard
Maybe it’s because some of them were a little too chaotic for him to throw off balance with more chaos. It was unpredictable.
I never thought I'd say this but I much preferred Vinnie.
Vinnie was a tryhard but this new guy is a charisma vacuum.

3:15:20 I think Limmy is confusing the Brummie accent with the Black Country one!

A 12 monther with some very bad patter. They should've known better.
Limmy explaining that London is a big city to "folks abroad"
4:29:05 COMMIT TA ET!!
Him saying 'rode back to town on A sunday' not, on Sunday, has annoyed me to no end

The subtitles for this game are awful, did they get AI voice recogniser to do them?
aye what's the deal with that? Can't be difficult to fix I'dguess... unless they actual have got AI to do it..

hes got to stop going on ban rants they do more harm than good

["weighs 100 pounds" + half weight] vs. [weighs "100 pounds + half weight"] are two different things in symbolic logic.
