I worked in the Intensive Care Unit Cardiovascular Care Unit here in the USA NEVADA we get direct triple A (abdominal aortic aneurysm) directly from the operating room yong pasyente that had abdominal aortic aneurysm repair they have 100% recovery 2-3 days they go home .But we get rare patients mostly 3-5 patients a week or even 3-4 open heart patients in one day we get open heart patients they can go home 3-7 days after the surgery but it all depends on the patients factors like diabetes ,hypertension ,smoking and ect .very interesting doctor you explained it very well

@DrMikeManio my 92 y.o father has AAA,but had his TAVR Trans Aortic Valve Replacement last yr.March 2023,was successful done in the Phils.and pacemaker afterwards,now he is ok and in moderation in taking his diet.Thank u for a very informative lecture Doc Mike.

Last Oct 18, 2023 at 10pm my husband suffered aortic aneurysm. In the morning of Oct 19 we went to the hospital's ER. The Cardio-Vascular Medical Team proposed angioplasty. My question ... Is angioplasty operation necessary during aortic aneurysm attack / increase pressure in his blood vessel? My husband's operation was successful for about 20 mins and then the Stent collapsed which cause his death.
