There is volume there. Probably used an indicator that shows you where there is volume in the chart. Techriz uses it a lot too.

Your POI must be Valid (99%)which are the order blocks, supply and demand zone that's the place banks and institutions place their orders. When price tap into the zone it will shoot up towards up direction if there's a down pull back.
