This was so very good guys! Jordan you are such a blessing and an amazing Godman. I loved what you said about not saying 'amen'. Your analogy about the alligator was spot on. If we stay open and aware, Holy Spirit will show us stuff. I remember when we lived in far northern Maine, where we're from, as I was coming out of Walmart the Lord zoned me in on a young man from Teen Challenge. They had their table set up for donations and it was freezing outside and snowing like crazy. Anyway, I walked up to the young man and he began to speak about how the program didn't help and he hated his father. He was from another country...I don't remember where. I don't know what the Lord gave me for him, but He set this young man free Praise Jesus! Neither of us noticed the cold until Spirit was done! And isn't it so beautiful to see the shift in someone's eyes as He sets them free?!!! He's so wonderful!
I do what you do as far as asking the Lord what He wants to say to someone. I do it on the way to church, the commissary... I just remembered something from the commissary! I live near Tinker AFB and one day as I was in the commissary, I noticed a man with a Vietnam Veteran hat. I was compelled to go up to him and we were talking about his service and I told him my dad served in Vietnam, too. I knew by the Spirit that this man had volunteered so I said, "You volunteered, didn't you?" He said, "Yes, yes I did." I said, "You're a brave man. Thank you for your service, your bravery and your courage and thank you for doing the hard things." Guys, I swear he was a foot taller when he went on his way! I cry every time I think of it. God is so very good. He is always, always wanting to touch someone and it's so important that we stay aware of Him and allow Him to flow our of us. You guys are wonderful. I can't wait for the next episode!
