I figured it would be nice to give you a response so you know people are listening and enjoying. I've been a subscriber since Hoffman namechecked your company. I live in Vietnam and have done for ten years. I lost an espresso machine in a recent separation and discovered pour-over! I'd love to hear more about coffee from Vietnam one day. I think years ago it all got written off as robusta but that's changing so fast. There's an incredible coffee culture here. It's amazing to be able to order a bag of beans that you know came from up a mountain not so far away. Vietnam's response to Covid has been inspirational. Every outbreak has been fought by the whole country and in-between times we have lived as normal. A country of 95 million has had 35 deaths. It's been sad talking to relatives back home who have been stuck at home and separated. Anyway, in July I shall be going back to England. The first time in a couple of years but this time for good. I'm going to try and carry all my coffee stuff back and maybe even buy a Moccamaster for brewing for visitors. Planning on getting a coffee subscription too. Yuli and all - keep up the great work. Thank you.
Thank you for the kind words, Steve. We have yet to work with a coffee from Vietnam but have seen it becoming more common amongst specialty roasters here in the UK.
