A way easier way is using a Deluxo or Oppressor Mk II, let it spawn in, and just follow it to wherever it falls, and then just shoot the driver out. Yeah it explodes sometimes but a lot of times it just rolls down the mountain and gets a little damaged.
If you miss the shot, the driver and car can survive the drop off the cliff. It’ll npc it’s way back to a path near the river and keep driving. Got it for my second character under fairly hilarious circumstances. Missed shot, called Lester, flew heli and still saw car driving in ravine. Crashed heli but still managed to get car

You can drive it all day in story mode. I have two different of these cars and you actually don't have to go get them on the mountain, you can get these in rusty red or rusty green. Both are rusty black on the bottom. If I told you how to get the green and black one, I wouldn't have a rare car anymore lol

Haven't done this in a long time, but you can park your buzzer/helicopter in front of the spawn area by the edge so the car cannot jump off the cliff and you should be good.
Just coming back to the video to say I now have the Tornado Mariachi on both PS4 and PS5. I used my MkII Sniper Rifle to attain the ability to get the car. 🙂 Cheers HN you're a legend bro.

i did a pay phone hit and this car is one that spawns when you do the hit. i can’t save it tho. mines is blue and white. i can’t save it and i’m looking for a way to save it. ls custom don’t work and the advenger don’t work either or moc. i want to try GCTF

Just so you know LS Customs only allows you got fit a tracker but you can fully upgrade it in the Avenger/MOC.

Well you could try a car merge glich. With that you could also add some f1 wheels and a modded paintjob.

This isn’t the only way to get this car. There is another location you can drive by with a regular tornado and it spawns right buy a clothing store
