I absolutely love Banff! It's like a wintry heaven on earth, and makes me want to go back! Alberta is famous for its beef, so James won the lottery, but pleasantly surprised there is so much diversity and choices in Banff.
I hear you!! I wasn't really sure what the food scene would be like but it was AMAZING. Such a great variety of spots, different cuisines, beautiful restaurants and cafes, great coffee - it really had it all!
I used to live in Calgary and it was the absolute best experience of my life! I miss the mountains everyday, Canmore is my favorite town, and the 3 sisters were my favorite!! It's cool you got to see them so close! I haven't been able to go back in the winter in 6 years, can't wait to go back, it's a whole different beauty in winter compared to summer. It's nice to see you enjoy my favorite place in the World! Enjoy the beautiful mountains!!

Banff is my favourite place in the world I think! I remember hiking in the mountainside there years ago and was like, what the heck this is an actual fairytale lol VERY special and wild place.

Banff is a world-class travel destination. I have been there several times and always enjoyed the outdoor scenes and the fantastic scenery. If you get a chance, take a run up to Jasper. Jasper is also a great little town to see. Have a great time.

Hiya! The snow all around you looks gorgeous and the ski jumping with the horses was awesome. You seem to be in a wonderful place in the world, with breathtaking views up high in the mountains. Even in the first 3 minutes you convinced me to go to Western Canada. Even though I work at two airports, I’ve never been in or flown in a helicopter, but your helicopter flight was so beautiful, it’s a must-do! And the brunch menu had a bunch of GF options and there was coconut iced coffee. If that’s on the menu, you cannot ignore it, you’ll have to taste it, it’s the best. Than that sashimi was looking delicious. The combination of running water in between all the snow looks so weird and beautiful at the same time. Thanks for sharing your cool (pun intended) Canada episode and have a wonderful week ahead 🤙

Banff has always been on our list. As you’ve always done, this video is filled with not just “what to do” but the “how to do it” invaluable information. Didn’t know, for example, that you can rent winter gear. So helpful to know that can be done, saving travelers from buying and packing extra gear. Very cool to see you hanging out with James again. Solo travel is great (you obviously enjoyed the views from the mountain top), but it looks like having a fellow creator and friend adds to your enjoyment. Thanks again for sharing your adventures. I’m now going to cozy up to a hot chocolate while Erin backs up the video to dream of that roof top hot tub; watching you in all that snow made us cold!! 😂. Safe travels and we’ll see ya next week! I didn’t know about the winter clothes rental either! It can be a bit tricky travelling full time - all you’ve ever got is the same 20kg of clothes 😂 not ideal for a big temperature change! So glad you enjoyed this one Rob & Erin! Enjoy your hot chocolate 🥰🙌🏻
