Arman Tsarukyan isnt like these other pipsqueak new age lightweights he's HIM and I believe he will finish Charles Oliveira at UFC 300 Pereira vs Hill so today I decided to give my analysis of their last few fights, my prediction for the fight and what I think of Arman fighting Islam Makhachev for the belt next. Charles has so many moments to make something happen on the feet and althoug Arman can improve and level up with his power, I think it's more likely that Charles will be the much more dangerous man on the feet. I've met the dude in real life, and me being a nobody fan, he spent like 5 mins to talk to me take pictures and shook my hand. I've met like 4 fighters and nobody was that nice to say the least although nobody was rude either. I'll always be an olives fanboy lol. And him being one of the most entertaining fighters just adds to it.

I have Armen by dr stoppage. We've seen Charles eyebrow, and we saw what Armen did to Joel Alvarez. Charles is more than willing to give up dominant positions so he can try a sneaky sub, Armen is willing to get top position and do violent targeted gnp. I can see Armen hurting him because Charles head sits in the same spot the entire fight, shooting a takedown that Charles barely fights and tries to get a sub from, fails, armen immediately targets his eyebrow until they have to stop it
Saying that he will elbow Olivera on the ground is a little off tbh. They said that Darius’s would ground and pound Olivera but he couldn’t do it. Heck even Islam couldn’t do it.

First point of you being wrong on this is Silva took the fight on short notice, and still able to rock him and not give him that easy of a fight, not that hard either but it was ok from the context. Arman got skills not gonna lie but every fight of him he be saying the same thing over and over again: "i'm gonna knock him out in the first round...", yet i am waiting to see him doing that to actually high ranked opponents. Like yeah, he did to Dariush, which brings me to another point, Dariush came to fight him after being quite brutally tkoed by Charles in the first round, which obviously my guy is not going to have the best chin neither the confidence to fight a another very skilled guy right after that.
Arman doesn't have it enought to ko Charles, cmon, could he win? Absolutly, mostly possible by decision due to take downs and holding down Charles, but if Charles really put to his mind to get up as fast has he can and not just stay down i don't think this will work well either, boy Arman is real good taking down opponents but bad at holding them there, but Charles has that bad habit of just laying down like a rock in his guard, so i think there is big chances of Arman wining this way.
Another way which as big chances of Arman wining is by TKO by ground and pound or stoppage due to a nasty cut in Charles, again all cause the stupid habit charles has of just laying down in his guard and let guys stay on top, which could go real bad for him(look at cuts at his face after just one round with Islam or his fight with Kevin Lee, another good wrestler and you will get what i'm saying), seeing that one of best Arman's skills is ground and pound, this is really dangerous to charles and i hope his team works on this.
If Arman does not knock down charles in striking, he will get tkoed or koed himself for sure.
If he tokes him but he unable to submite him, which i think he his, he either wins by tko or decision if not submitted or tko by charles.
My official prediction to this is Charles by TKO or Arman by decision, let's see which one will do best!!

3:59 tbh i do think Charles improved in his defense by adding head movement. Charles was actually dodging punches instead of just walking into them expecting to get knocked down, wake up and pull off a comeback.
That being said, i do believe that fight is way more balanced than what the average Charles's glazers paint it to be and i do believe Arman Tsarukyan is the worst matchup for Islam at lightweight.

Dariush was never that guy to begin with, he got too much hype for handling Gamrot. Arman landed the perfect punch, but his best feat is still not getting squashed by Islam.
