I'm unable to understand whether i have to apply for Cambridge exams or equivalency exam, I'm interested in PGCE Secondary Biology from Chester University. I also sent mail to university, and they asked me to apply first after that, If it is needed, you can use UK ERIC services for equivalency free of cost.

Well most of the course providers accept equivalency exams for GCSE, so first step would be to apply for this course, and if they select you after successful interview process, they will let you know the requirements including IELTS and GCSE exams or GCSE equivalency. You can ask them if they accept GCSE equivalency exams

GCSE ka exam ye university lengi ya IELTS ke tarah koi centralised university ??
@@RajeshSinha-si4lt well university doesn't matter in terms of job placement. GCSE equivalency exams are mostly acceptable while GCSE exams are valid all over UK. GCSE equivalency exams are conducted by some online institution while GCSE exams can be given as private candidate through Cambridge examination

Well there are jobs in teaching profession but your application should standout to get a job. PSW is a two years visa and it is allowed after completing PGCE and you can do any job. English and maths GCSE exams are compulsory

Yes, this is UK government requirement. You can also give GCSE equivalency exam

Thank you for your comment. Well on the basis of your qualifications course examiner might exempt mathematics exam. So I would suggest apply for the course first, get selected and then they will let you know what further exams you need

I don't know anyone, but if your qualifications are from Pakistan this route cannot be taken. If your qualifications are from India and you have B.Ed and three years of teaching experience you may apply for this route

I think you should be able to prepare with 1 or two months, depending upon your previous knowledge.

Well GCSE English, math and science or GCSE equivalency is required no matter if you are UK national or not. You won't need IELTS after nationality

@@smartkids2553 you need a degree which you already have. They will require GCSE English, math and science equivalency exams + IELTS. However jobs in primary schools are very limited because of high competition
